I never have a problem at this location or anytime I need service from this credit union. When I call in they are helpful as well.

BY FAR THEEEE ABSOLUTE WORST NAVY FEDERAL AROUND. Customer service is poor. Girls at the front always have an attitude. 1 ATM is alwayssss broken. Been that way at least the last year I've had to come here. I legit drive to orange county to go to the one in fountain Valley caus this location sucks to its core.

There is no Stars for this credit union unless you want to give them unprofessional, inconsistent and lack of knowledge! All of that describes this credit union. It's been a nightmare dealing with them.

Line is always outside. The workers are so slow. If you go in prepared to be in the rat least 60 minutes

I went inside told the lady at the front that I need to exchanged $16 worth into $2 bills. She stated that was ok and we should have enough to do that. Waited in line for 30 minutes to have a teller tell me they can't exchange it unless I do $50 worth. Really? These people need to get on the same page. Yes or No? Don't tell me one thing have me wait in a long line to tell me something else. Um no. Why does there have to be a limit. The other Navy I went to let's me do smaller amount. Never again. How is that great costumer service? Please explain!

They took money out of my account without my consent to pay off a credit card loan instead of trying to work with me on a ptm ent plan and mind u this is in the middle of the Covid pandemic smh I hate them so bad they do not care about they customer we just transactions to them

They alway take long no matter the time or day, if want to see a teller you will be waiting between 30 minutes to 1 hour. Also they have only 1 atm working. I been here 2-3 times a month and it's the same thing. I recommend going to the West Covina location

Absolutely wonderful customer service by Geneva. She was at the front desk assisting incoming customers with very warm smile, kindness, and professionalism, as well as wishing nice day to those who were leaving the branch. She handled my request in the most efficient way possible! 10 stars for Geneva. Thank you so much!

Looky here ya bunch of squids!Figure out where the heck an ATM machine is that will accept deposits, and let us members know. Y'all are doing a great job letting me know where the ATM is but when I ask a detail like 'Can I deposit there?' I'm getting BS. Attention to detail please!

I would leave 0 stars if I could. The wait time in the facility is outrageous...I been here for over an hour trying to speak to a representative in the back!Some poor bastard was turned around at the door, because he didn't want to wait two hours to change his address. I would make the drive to fountain Valley over this hell hole. Staff has no sense of urgency. Beware of this place, it's worse then the DMV

I went in the branch for a wire transfer, provided the proper account documentation where the money was supposed to be transferred to and the agent did not input the correct information so the money didn't get transfered and charged me fees for the transaction as well as the money when it was returned to it's source. NFCU can do better than this.. Very poor service!

I made an appointment online. I arrived and I was attended to 5 min after. The associate who attended to me was knowledgeable and very patient to answer all my questions and clarify my concerns. Things went very well for me , i got what i came for, and I am very grateful. Thank you.

Ummm yes, stop it. Yes ma'am every time, hello every time. Problem let me fix it. They have my money, and they are good stewards of it. The McGowan Long Beach branch is near shopping and dining areas. While it can be a bit hectic on the 1st - thats almost any bank. If like me, you earned or someone close to you earned, the right to bank here - do it!
