I was never into Tai Chi, I always thought that Tai chi was not enough challenge for me, but trust me it is a challenge. The poses are very challenging and at the same time very rewarding. At the end of the class you feel a positive energetic flow all over your body. Dr. Vo is an amazing teacher, his mind and body is always in the class.. I love this class

I love this place!!! My Dad is 95 years old and suffers from chronic leg pain. He has neuropathy from diabetes as well as arthritis and just plain muscle pain. I decided to try massage because the meds the doctors were giving him were not working and were causing other issues. He has been getting massages from Ming for a couple of months now and finally he is feeling some relief. Ming is very knowledgeable and experienced and understands the needs of my Dads body. He explains exactly what he is doing and why and even has my Dad doing some exercises and self massage at home along with applying heat. It has been very therapeutic for him. And the Office Manager Heidy has been great also. They are both very kind and caring of my Dad. Heidy even brought us a plant that is supposed to have healing benefits. Overall, this has been a very positive experience for us.

I mostly purchase Groupons for massages as I like to try out different masseurs and this one was pretty good and a convenient location since it was close to home. I don't recall the masseur's name as it has been a few mos. since I've been but he tunes the massage to what he feels his client's needs are. I also purchased one as a birthday gift for one of my best friend's and he enjoyed it as well.

I bought a groupon from Naples Wellness Center & Spa just after they opened for 3 hour massages. The place was new, so it wasn't entirely set up yet, but it was still light and comfortable, and the staff was great! My massages were all super relaxing and wonderful! I am planning on taking yoga there soon too! :)

Started with a coupon from Living Social in October 2015 and have been going about 2 times per month ever sense. The best deep tissue massage targets those stressed muscles. Quite, comfortable and relaxing atmosphere welcomes.

I'm sorry to say that this was the most uncomfortable 'massage' I have ever had. There are great therapist who work deeply on certain muscles and that can be temporarily painful but they are achieving results. The person at NWCS used a shallow flicking across the grain of the muscle that only caused it to tighten more. When I asked her at the beginning if this was a special technique she couldn't/wouldn't answer. Bottom line, I very nearly jumped up and walked out at least six times. It was a Groupon and I paid for two massages. It was so bad that I have no interest in going back for the other session. I think the young woman was not properly trained or screened, which I blame on management. When the receptionist asked me how the massage was, I told her briefly. She should have immediately referred me to the owner/manager. I am a business person and can tell you that I would never let a dissatisfied customer walk out my door. Save your money. Avoid this place.
