They advertise parts on line. Once you get there to buy it they say they don't stock it any more.... Then remove the part fron on line listing and don't waste peoples time.. I don't think I like to shop at Napa nor would I recommend that place to any one to shop.... They play irresponsible game to get you in. the store....

Ordered an in-store pick-up item early in the morning. The order stated it would be ready the same day. Did not receive an email notification regarding pick-up status until the following day.

Went in for a battery and Jeremy, Carlos and Juan were so helpful and knowledgeable. They made my experience such a good one I will definitely recommend them!

Have things others don't. Counter staff knowledgeable. Good quality products at fair prices. Been shopping there since 1971 as a 16 year old with my first car.

I'm a local business here in Long Beach and I have tried many times to order parts from Napa and every time they never have the parts in stock or can't seem to find them in their system at all.Over the last month or so I've called about 12 times and each time the customer service gets worse.I called last week for a part and the young lady that answered assured me that they had the part that i was looking for in stock.I then told my boss that I had found the part that we needed at Napa, and I also told him the price to which he replied with are you sure it's the right part and price?I then doubted myself, so I called the young lady back on speaker phone and asked her if she can please repeat the price and part that I was looking for to which she replied with the price and part that I was looking for.My boss told me to go ahead and pick up the part to which I went right away.Backtracking a little bit, the girl on the phone was very loud and condescending tone when speaking to me.I arrive at Napa and ask for the parts that I requested to be on will call and the girl proceeded to bring them out.I was not surprised when the girl handed me the completely wrong parts.I then told her that's why I called twice to make sure I was getting quoted on the right parts and pricing to which she replied that I gave her the wrong information.I did not give her the wrong information I gave her the vehicles vin number and was very specific on the parts that I needed to which she replied that there is nothing she can do.Management needs to evaluate the personnel they have answered the phones and working on the counter because I assure that they have lost a lot of local business because of these young lady's working in the front and answering the phones.They need to be retrained on parts lookup and customer service.I will definitely not be giving this Napa my business I would rather drive to Carson and got to Carson Auto Parts (Napa) because those workers have both customer service and knowledge of parts.
