I took a pair of limited edition Adidas sweatpants to Urban Dry Cleaners. When I dropped the pants off, the condition was new with one spot less than 1cm in size. When I picked up the pants, the attendant informed me that the owner put them in the dry cleaning machine with other clothes. The pants are now covered in blue dye. There are also bleach stains and significant damage to the color and texture of the pants. The pants are also damp, despite my request to not have them put in the washing machine. Prior to dropping them off at Urban Dry Cleaners, the pants had never been washed and retained the original color and texture of the photo featured in the attached Adidas advertisement. The owner refuses to pay for the damage he caused to my pants. The pants are no longer available for sale and cannot be replaced. I took a chance on Urban Dry Cleaners because of the positive Google Reviews. I regret it now. Not only are they a terrible cleaners but the owner was extremely unkind and unwilling to provide a fair resolution. Avoid.

Additionally, I dropped off my fencing uniform to be dry cleaned. After picking the uniform up and trying it on, I noticed it was damp on the inside. I picked the uniform up on a Saturday and on today, Monday evening, the inside of the top is still damp. This does not occur from dry cleaning, but rather through the use of a washing machine. The top and bottom used to be the same shade of white, which is standard / required for a fencing uniform. They are now two different colors. There is also significant wear to the cuffs on the pants, the front of the pants, and the cuffs of the top, which was not present when I dropped the uniform off. It is evident that the uniform was indeed washed and not dry cleaned, as promised. I was charged dry cleaning prices and all of my items were washed. The uniform was new and only worn once. It is expensive, which is why I chose to dry clean it. Now, a new uniform will have to be purchased due to the poor care and negligence of Urban Dry Cleaners. I dropped three items off at Urban Dry Cleaners and explicitly expressed that they were to be dry cleaned only and all three items were returned to me in worse condition and shows evidence of having been in the washing machine. I would not advise using Urban Dry Cleaners unless you are interested in replacing your items.

QUALITY CLEANERS! You get what you pay for at this place. Owners are honest and will never make false promises to get your business. I spoke to one of the owners about the white jersey I was dropping off and she said she couldn't make any promises about removing a coffee stain so I was nervous when I picked it up but OMG the jersey looked brand new! I told them I was VERY PLEASE AND HAPPY! Wish I would've taken a before pic to for comparison. Told them they've won my business for life, as long as I live on this side of town. Check them out! You won't be disappointed

I am so happy I came to Murre's Cleaners! I wore an expensive white dress to my bachelorette party and we partied hard. When I woke up the next day, I thought my dress what surely done for. It was covered in champagne, red lipstick, and fake tanner. The works! Fortunately, I found Murre's and took it there based on the good reviews I saw here. They were able to remove EVERY SINGLE STAIN and it didn't break my wallet. I'll absolutely be a returning customer!

Definitely returning to this dry cleaning establishment. The owner greeted me with a warm smile as soon as I walked in, he asked if this was my first time there and thank me for choosing their services. My clothes look spectacular after taking them there.

I started using this guy because its close to our house. The asain owner is nice n respectful. He charges almost double what are other places do but is quick and uses green products. He hired some rude, unprofessional hispanic women who refused to accommodate me and i had to leave n go use another location.
