I understand that banks can sometimes experience busy periods, but it is the responsibility of the management to anticipate and address these situations adequately. It is clear that Bank of America has failed in fulfilling this responsibility. As a customer, I expect better service and a reasonable waiting time. In this regard, Bank of America has fallen drastically short.

This bank is a joke, the wait times were excruciatingly long. Customers, including myself, were left standing for extended periods, leading to frustration and impatience. This kind of disrespect for customers' time is unacceptable and reflects poorly on Bank of America's commitment to providing efficient services.

As I waited for what felt like an eternity, I looked around in utter disbelief at the lack of staff available to assist the customers. There were at least two other employees standing idly behind the counter, seemingly uninterested in addressing the growing line or assisting the overwhelmed teller. It was as if the concept of customer service did not exist.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Bank of America and feel compelled to share my frustrations with others. The lack of staff and excessively long wait times have been nothing short of intolerable. On my most recent visit to the bank, I arrived during what seemed to be a particularly busy time. However, instead of the bank adequately preparing and accommodating for the high customer volume, I found myself standing in a line that seemed to go on forever. There was only a single teller available for us customers, which is absurd for a bank of this size and reputation.

Bank of America doesn't care about their customers anymore and this office is the proof! This office is never staffed properly and everything takes forever! The only redeeming aspect of this location is Alex, the Manager, who does an exceptional job dealing in a no-win environment by trying to help.

Went in today 1 elderly lady waiting n i.......the teller line blocked off ....NO TELLERS WORKING ?? with money order refund questions to avoid hassles.... floor manager was helping me & Karen walks in and interrupted my questions........ ;(( I said excuse me I'm doing my business....she continues with her rudness then says ..F.U. so I finished my questions and returned to her expressing myself in defense and exactly as she did to me. The manager should have told her ..excuse I'm with this customer take a seat I'll be right with you, but he fed into her and gave her the entitlement to act superior to me & the lady waiting. Sometimes you have to speak up or Karen will takeover your peace. GZz

A company with this much money could surely afford to have a few more staff working the counter. Always a wait every time I come in

Get some more staff in here. Every time I come in, I always have to wait in line behind 6 or more ppl. I know B of A can afford to pay a few more employees

Bank of America is a horrible institution to deal with. They want you to follow their instructions of their IVR they seem to forgot who is the customer and who they work for. I hate them . I have been with them for over 20 years and their service has gotten worse and worse over the years and they are charging me each moth a pretty penny. So I am going to change over all my accounts as soon as I am ready to do this I have about 7 accounts that is why I don't close all my accounts today.

The regular banking staff were are helpful and on line service is great. I have had accounts with the bank for over 60 years. My Charles Schwab IRA account representative suggested that my sizable Bank of America savings account was not smart given the low rate of return Asked for a call from the local Merrill Lynch representative to shift at least $ 60,000 from saving to safe higher return safe Investment. Got that call three weeks later and meantime opened a brokerage account with Charles Schwab. Roy Hanson

I normally go to the Long Beach Blvd/Broadway branch but it recently closed. So I found myself going to this location. Upon entering it was a very relaxed atmosphere. I was helped by Erica, one of the loveliest bankers I have ever met. She was polite, efficient, and very outgoing. The people on these reviews need to just take a chill pill, everybody's just trying live.

We have backed at the Belmont Shore BofA branch for 30 years. Today I had the worst service ever. I walked into a nearly empty bank--six employees, three customers--and was met by a young man with a laptop who told me the wait time would be approximately 15 minutes. OK. As I waited, this young man was apparently unoccupied; I assumed that I was waiting for another employee to help me. Instead, after waiting 20 minutes, the same guy was the person I needed to see! And he failed to solve the problem. An utter waste of time. And at the end, he actually asked my to take a customer satisfaction survey!!! Clueless.
