Unfortunately my time as using their services had ended. I used them for several years of taxes and somehow 2 of the years were never received. They are always very polite on the phone and promise to look into the problem and will call you back but they never do. After months of nonreturned phone calls and emails I finally just asked to be refunded. I was finally told I was lying and they never charged me for those two years. Funny because the charge is clearly on my bank statement. I've recommended them to friends and family but looks like it's time to support another buisness.

This firm is first class all the way. I've been working with them for 3 decades! Top-notch customer service and outstanding accounting. And they made me feel like Family from the very start. Trustworthy and friendly are a rare combo platter in this day and age but Ted and co. deliver just that. I highly recommend all of their services especially to people who are type A! They always dot all the i's and cross all the t's so I can chill and they can do the paperwork. On top of all of that they are affordable. A+

The staff was extremely friendly. The office is very nice and clean. The service was very professional. My wife had questions and got great advice & answers. Most importantly, I feel a sense of trust and confidence with this company.

Been going to this tax service for a couple of years now. They always do a great job and the front office staff is so personable and friendly. They answer all of my questions really fast. I highly recommend.

Do not trust this place!!!!! This tax place had done our taxes for 7 years. We didn't find out until this year that when they sent us home with our envelope it DOES NOT contain our tax return, it contains all our paperwork we took to them needed to do our return (that's our fault for not opening our envelopes to look at our return, we just trusted it was there) This year we went to a different tax preparer because we just could not afford the almost 400 dollars Ted charges to do our taxes and this new tax preparer was going to look back on our last 3 years to see if she could find something Ted may have missed...that's when we found out we never got our actual returns back! When our new girl looked in the envelopes she told us it was only the paperwork we took in, even when they mailed us our "return" envelope last year it was only our paperwork and the sensitive identity information paperwork for someone else we don't know! When I called to tell them about this the reaction I got was "Oh I'm sorry l, I'll send you a prepaid envelope so you can send it back to us," which we never got the prepaid envelope, of course. Luckily our new tax preparer shedded this poor innocent person's information. So not only did we not get our tax returns we got someone else's sensitive tax information. When I asked them to send me my 2018 return (I was able to download my 2019 and 2020 return on their "secured" website, which I'm praying it really is secured) I was told they would email it to me that day...well it's been 2 weeks ago I asked for it and I still have not gotten it. In fact when I asked the receptionist for it she said "I don't have it" put me on hold, came back on and said "Stacy has the 2018 program on her computer and will email a copy to you today" and it's been crickets ever since. I am so thoroughly upset and disgusted that I am not able to get OUR stuff from a company we trusted!

Stacey is honestly so amazing and super understanding!! She is extremely helpful and extremely kind!! Im literally 18 years old with no knowledge about taxes but Stacey literally helped me understand everything!! She literally helped me with my taxes, credit, and even recommended advice!! She is so amazing and made knowledge about taxes and filling tax so easy and helped me get a-lot of money back!! I will definitely come here every single time I need to file my taxes!! If your reading this Stacey I want to say thank you so much for your help you answered all of my questions that I have been stressing about in my life and also my girlfriend questions!! I have been going to MWA for about 10 years. I love their service, professionalism, honesty and integrity that is always displayed. The ladies at the front are always friendly, cheerful and polite! There was a time when I had someone else doing my taxes and I regretted it. I wised up and came back and I have no intention of going anywhere else. Jesse is always great, honest, answers any and all of my questions. He is very knowledgeable and provides me with all my options and allows me to decide what's best. I would highly recommend MWA!!

Stacie was very helpful and resourceful person to help you during the tax.'s seasons. The office was very nice and clean,make sure whatever you touched,especially the pen was clean before you put them back because I've got yelled at once before by the lady name Chantelle!
