do not come to this place, they tried to sell my sister a fake diamond for her engagement and also my sister wanted to get her deposit back and they did not want to give it to her, this jewelry shop shouldn't be in business FRAUD

I've purchased a chain and my fiancé bought earrings from here. We will not return to this jewelry store because my fiancé's recent encounter with them. She came in inquiring about a jade bangle with a gold clasp, so it would be easier to open. The two woman there initially said it would cost $1200. Then they asked the man who does custom jewelry about the bangle, and he told my fiancé he would sell it to her for $600. My fiancé said she'll think about because it is a big purchase. We came back a week later ready to buy the bangle. The younger woman now said it would be $1300. My fiancé says the man quoted it would be $600. The younger woman said they wouldn't break even since the jade bangle without the gold clasp $300-400. The man she initially spoke to wasn't there and was told he would return in 30 mins to an hour. My fiancé and I decided to get lunch to kill time. We returned so we could speak the man, and asked if $600 bangle offer was still available. He immediately said "I don't want to do it anymore. " it just shows how terrible their customer service is. How do you initially say you would sell to it her for $600 and then flip on her. The women must have told him to sell to my fiancé. My fiancé was also looking a Figaro chain necklace and the younger woman said that style is manly. That comment was very unprofessional since that was a style my fiancé like. This business is shady and people should stay away.

I had ordered a 24 inch gold chain for $600 from the Internet. When I received it I was very unhappy because it was a hollow gold chain and this is not what I was expecting. I returned the gold chain back to where I purchased it. My son told me of Mkott Pich Jewelry Store and that he had just purchased a gold chain with a pendant and was extremely satisfied. I went there looking for a 24 inch gold chain. I was greeted upon entering and directed to wear the gold chains were. A young lady helped me and it took me 30 minutes to find what I wanted. I found exactly what I wanted, and better quality than what I had just purchased from the Internet. I would highly recommend Mkott Pich If you're looking for a good quality jewelry. I'm certainly going back!

Sold my wife a diamond with no GIA or EGL report. Completely scammed her and made her feel like a fool. Gave her what was appraised as a “M” color telling her it was a “F” color. This place will completely scam you out of your hard earned money if they get one sense you don’t know much about diamonds or jewelry. Horrible people.

Best jewelry store in Long Beach! Family owned and operated they been around for over 20 years. They also offer watch battery replacement, jewelry repair and more! Best service around and they treat you like family. Highly recommended!!

Showed up at 11:45 am. Closed metal roll down doors to greet me. Website shows open at 10:30 AM. Do t appreciate driving here to find the website is not reflective of actual hours open to the public.

I feel so taken advantage of. Go somewhere elseplease! theyre very good with telling you what you want to hear or giving you a price you want bc they know the actual worth & make it seem like you're getting a deal! Over charged and want to excuse and say it was the price then! NO! 14k doesn't cost as much as 18k! Im not stupid but i was willing to take a lost! Straight dirty people! Told me my child necklace was 18k only to find out it was 14!!

Zero star. The husband of the owner waa friendly, but the wife is obnoxious and lazy. Very judgemental. I would not buy from her, i asked to see the jewelery, She asked if im not going to buy today, she can't let me see it or tell me the price. What a b*****. And She watch me til i leave the store. Is this a way to treat customer.
