If I could leave negative stars I would. Don't know her name but her employee ID is DZA693.....I went in to replace my broken phone and specifically asked multiple times if the device I was going to buy had NFC, as I need it for work.....I told them I have $200 and I NEED NFC....she told me yes numerous times....the phone is a MOTO G 5G....I mentioned how the old Motorola phones did not have it and she assured me it does....so I bought it.....as I'm leaving she says since this an upgrade all sales are final.....so I said ok......after sitting in the parking lot for 3o minutes and setting it up and searching hi and low for the NFC feature....turns out it's not on the phone.....and they cant do anything til tomorrow when the manager is there ....so now I'm out $200 and will miss at least 2 days of work which is another $300......TRAIN YOUR EMOLOYESS

I'm a long time customer of Metro with 4 lines and a tablet and wanted to comment on not only the great prices and great service but also the amazing customer service we received from Alex today. He was super friendly and knowledgeable and helped my son with his phone. Thanks Metro and Alex!!

Unbelievable I broke my phone used the protection plan to replace my phone and payed the deductible and I promptly received my replacement next day. After following the instructions on switching from my old phone to my new one I encountered a issue with the SIM card not working with my new phone and took it to this shop to see why it didn't work she quickly got it workings but told me id had to pay $25 something I didn't need to but she told me to call metro and they would wave it and i did only to be told that they rhe shop charged me for turning my phone off and now Im with out a phone and my day is screwed

This place is awesomely powered by Max!!! I had to connect my new phone to metro and the rep. max was amazing!!!!! I had purchased phones online and I has gone to a authorized dealer and they couldn't assist me. So I walked into the corporate store and max his knowledgeable self !! He had assisted me b4 when I cracked my phone and tried to connect a older model [he explained why it wasn't con ectable] He hooked me and my hubby up with ease Best metro experienceEver!!!thank u max !!!

This place always helps out alot. My husband had a problem with his phone, we had already went to another location and they didnt look into it and just went straight to making him buy another phone. We decided to go here and yes they helped us out and we had a great tablet promotion?

They added a protection plan and another add-on to my mother's plan without her consent for an added $10 for the past 6 months. Bunch of sneaks. Watch out for added protection plans.

Terrible service, want to cancel my one of my lines, because it’s free service, they try to give me a hard time. Spend 45 mins just to cancel one line, crazy ?♂️. I Hope someone from management crew will read this and take action that in the future customers like me will not get a trouble.

Over Charged me for my phone that was suppose to be less $$ when I upgraded to a newer better one ,then we discussed the over payment to be given back to my my charge card that was used & charged me and we had an agreement this was too be done and it wasn't, Without my permission or consent he placed my overpayment to my future phone bill on my MPCS account I called and spoke to Tyrell he said he would reverse the overpayment and correct it by 5pm and it was never done , it's been 3 weeks and still not corrected, so therefore this is my review, The only reason I gave 2 stars was Salesperson Kristopher was very kind and transferd my old phone info to my new phone I purchased...
