Let’s start with I arrive in the store at 6:50 p.m. from a long day at work. I need to purchase a SIM card per the instructions of dialing 611 customer service the night before. I needed the SIM card to add a phone to one of my lines. When I walk in there’s a polite gentleman in training. I tell him I need a SIM card he says it may be a while because I’m in training and we’re helping a customer. Me: Ok. No problem. 20 min passed and they’re still helping the customer. Me: can his transaction possibly be suspended so you can ring up the SIM card for me by any chance? Other representative says it can be but did I bring the device. Me: no but the device is already on my account and you can log in and see the device on my line and add it that way however I prefer to take it home and add the sim to the device because I can do it for free. Here you will charge me. The seasoned rep says, I need a device to put the sim on. My computer will not allow me to ring up the sim for you without a device. Me: sir, that’s not true. Seasoned rep, yea it is. Me: I promise you another store will do it and has done it and are you telling me customer service gave me the wrong Information? Seasoned rep: I can’t sell you a SIM card without a device to connect it to. Me: so when I walked in, now 25 minutes later, you couldn’t have told me this lie then? You sir have wasted my time. I leave this location and go to the metro store down the road and what do you know. The other metro store sold me a SIM card without the hassle. Go figure.

These people in here take advantage of people in the community...over charging fees that not even the corporate charges. You call and ask a question and they have attitudes and give you different prices depending on how they are feeling. The price of the phones won't change but they sure will change their price for SIM cards and devices changes. DEFINITELY TAKE YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE , WHERE YOURE NOT GETTING TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF.

I was taken care of by two of the most lovely girls. Fast and efficient and professional, I hate that I didn’t get their names. Will be going back.

Dude behind the counter took a little long dealing with the customer before me. Never seen anyone take that long, but it look like he was setting up a new costumer, I did get what I needed. I think it'd get good to have at least 2 people on.

The young lady with a nose pierce and tattoo in the back of the hand was very rude.I was there earlier today to upgrade my plan with an Iphone 11. First impression, when she tried to sell me iphone 11, she looked at me from head to toe. Then she was pushing me to buy the screen protection and the case. I denied them. That might have dissapointed her and caused what happened next. She asked for my phone number to look up my account. A few minutes later she asked my phone number again by reciting a phone number which were totally not mine. Then she asked me for my driver license. Instead I gave her my pin so that she could access my account. Then she asked me which phone number I wanted to activate to use the Iphone 11. I gave her the number. She sent a text to my other phone to verify my account. I gave her the temporary pin that she text to me through Metropcs. A few minute later, she asked for the same phone number again. I said, "you have just asked me earlier, why again?" She said, "I wanted to verify you." I gave her my account pin. Also, I gave her the temporary pin that she texted me. What else did she need to verify? I said, " I don't like people asking me the same thing over and over again." She got upset and said, "maybe you should order Iphone 11online instead." I was shocked with such comment. I never had experience a customer service this rude. So "I said okay and walked out. She said, "you are rude and said bye" with a waving gesture like kicking me out of the store. I went back in the store and asked for her manger name and number. She gave me the card. Later I called the number on the card, she picked up. She said she is the store manager and that I could complaint anyone if I wanted to. Then she hanged up the phone.I went to the other nearby Metro PCS store in Stern Ave, Long Beach. They were super friendly. I walked out within 30 minutes with my new Iphone 11 activated. This young lady rude behavior does not represent herself as a store manager. I saw another customer's complaint 5-6 months ago. It would not be suprising if it was her. I will never return to this place again. There are so many Metro stores out there that are friendly and want to sell me service. Not this place!

The best customer service! The girls that work here are PROBLEM SOLVERS!!! They're also warm, friendly, diligent, and they strive to make sure that ALL customers leave satisfied, and with their issues resolved. I am very impressed with this location and I seem to always leave in a better mood than when I arrived. Thanxoxo Delay and Maria!
