3/10/2023. I am highly satisfied with the phone I've purchased. They're always helpful and very patient with their customers. Great customer service. Staff is friendly and helpful. Have been going there for 5+ years. My go to store for my upgrades. They don't try to sell you other devices /accessories that you need or want.

I was locked out of my phone and had to get it unlocked. Not only was I the only person in the store because it was closing but Ivan (the manager and Mark treated me with the gratesst customer servce anyone could give. They checked to get me the best discounts for my a phone needs.They stayed overtime making sure I was satisfied. I did get my phone unlocked and I also purchased a new phone and a tablet . Thanks Ivan and Mark. Stern's store in Long Beach.
