Terrible customer service from the guy who should be terminated. He is extremely arrogant and I will never go back to him. So take your business to the Tmoble on Long Beach Blvd to Victor who gives you his undivided attention to each customer. Sincerelyextremely arrogant

I went in to pay my cellphone bill today.A short time later in the day I called the store because I hadn't received a confirmation text and received no answer.(It is almost closing time and still no answer)I called the customer service number because I was concerned something might had happened to the store but they seemed not concerned.I hope everything is ok.I'll go back to the store tomorrow in person.(I'll wait the suggested 24 hours for the confirmation text before I try again) ?

I purchased the phone attached to a MetroPCS service plan from this store. The phone, however only received about 50% of the incoming texts due to a software error that was not remedied by several tower resets and full factory setting resets performed by well-meaning MetroPCS locations I was able to attend while traveling for work in the days after the phone purchase. Since I travel all week for work, this problem had going on for the better part of a week and cost me several thousand dollars due to an inability to connect with clients. I was told by well-meaning and helpful employees of other MetroPCS locations that I needed to return to the Anaheim Long Beach location where I purchased the phone in order to receive a replacement which I would be given immediately. 4 days after purchasing the phone I made a special trip back to location, and the man claiming to be the owner of this location declared that if he texted me and I received his texts that none of the screenshots proving the problem that I could show him meant anything, that I was a liar, and that nothing was wrong with my phone. This very same man, who claimed to be the owner of the store, also loudly bragged that a nursing student who worked for him being very lucky to receive his $16 per hour because she would never receive that kind of money while working as a nurse. I mentioned this to show how delusional the person is. The man who claims to be the owner of the store seems to operate in a world where his ego somehow affords magical benefits to anyone that it touches? His store had plenty of replacement phones in stock, as confirmed by an employee when I returned, and that the warranty required him to give me without delay and on the spot. Still, rather than allowing me to show him screenshot proof that he had not delivered what I had paid for when I bought this phone in service, and simply solving the problem then and there with the replacement I was owed, he shouted nonsense over any attempt I respectfully made to talk to him. Delusional, dishonest, disrespectful, and rude, this man will, unfortunately, have to see an application of the law to discover much about his environment.

Horrible store I understand I'm 5 minutes before closing time but don't close your register until you're closed because not accepting cash payments while you are technically still open is a little ridiculous don't you think.

This is the most polite, clean, super friendly metro pcs i have been to. I been going here for a while and the staff is so sweet and nice. I do recommend more staff though because some of the staff look like they being doing a little too much solo. Need a few more staff. But besides that its family friendly. And has a working atm. And cheapest in phone stuff.

I came here to pay my phone bill and possibly buy a new phone and everything went smoothly. I was in and out the door in minutes. I glanced around at the phones of which they had a pretty wide variety of, made by choice in phone, payed, and went out the door. I even got a free accessory. The sales associate was very helpful and polite.

The worker nick is oblivious and arrogant. This is not what customer service is about. He has no concept of what customer service is about. I will not be returning and you shouldn't either.

Run past this location. Don't stop. Keep going and avoid entering in at ALL costs!!! Nick, the new store owner is a j*** beyond all jerkism! Hubby purchased a phone on-line. We got it activated at the Metro PCS off Willow Street...a few hours later, we noticed certain functions weren't operating properly and across the street from our lunch spot (Tam's), we noticed a Metro PCS store and decided to go in and see if they can help resolve the issue. Emelith was very pleasant and helpful; she advised us that the data function wasn't installed properly. She gave us the option of correcting the problem and charging another "activation fee" or we could go back to the Willow location and have them do things properly without additional charge. We asked Emelith to write down exactly what needs to be done so we wouldn't give incorrect info when we returned to Willow location. Unfortunately, Ismael was unable to help stating that they really couldn't do anything because the phone was purchased on-line- and he couldn't help us. Darn, so much for our Saturday without any hiccups or drama. Hours later, we returned to the store where Emelith was so helpful. We were willing to pay her to correct the issue with the phone. However, Nick, who we found out was the new owner of this location, he asked what we needed, we explained to him how helpful Emelith was earlier, and that we're returning in hopes that she can help get hubby's phone up and running properly. Nick decided to try and fix the problem himself, couldn't do it, and when another customer walked into the store, he put our phone down to help that customer, or those customers. So we waited patiently. Then he directed another employee, Karina, to help figure out what the issue was with the phone. Karina, like Emelith, was so pleasant and helpful, but was having trouble linking the phone to the network- something about the phone having two sim cards...I don't know. By this point, hubby took a seat and I stayed at the counter as Karina worked diligently on the phone. Two guys walked into the store, and Nick told Karina to put down the phone and help them- wait, WHAAAAT??? Thankfully Karina has more sense than that buffoon- she said she'll help them in a minute- but he insisted she help them and to put me on "hold". Um, hello dumb-@!!! Can't you see that I'm standing right here and in the middle of getting assistance? So Karina asked the fellas what they needed, and apparently they too didn't want to infringe on what she was in the middle of and kindly said they'll wait for their turn. That's generally how normal folks operate, those with any decency. They waited while Karina continued assisting me. Hubby remained seated but was irritated by the rudeness he just witnessed from Nick's mouth. I told hubby all is well, no worries, and things should be fine. But nope, things were not fine, all was not well because Nick decided to impatiently approach Karina and ask her what was happening. She told him the network wasn't linking up- he told her she was taking too much time and to give us back the phone so we could leave. Imagine that! Then he walked up too close to me saying that other customers needed help- why'd he do that? My hubby was up from his chair and told Nick that he was rude and impatient and needed to back up. Nick opened his mouth and exposed some dry-rotted, coffee-stained teeth and said that other customers needed help. I told him that not only was he rude, he clearly had no sense of what customer service means. I told him to look around, besides my husband and I, and the two dudes, who were being helped at the other end of the counter by Emelith, no one else was in the store- so what the heck was he talking about?! He was too close, in my personal space, and all I could see were those rotten, jagged teeth and his obnoxious rants about not being able
