very unprofessional. i was trying my best to be as nice as possible, but management was more than exhausting to speak to. hopefully that gets sorted out. anyway, i'm trying to be as calm as possible, but my experience was so bad I had to write a review. I'm happy to say i'll never be going back!!

I have been with Metro PCS since 2008. The service and prices have always been consistently good. The call in service is always pretty good.The in store services vary widely. I've had some really good customer service workers who are helpful and some customer service workers that had just flat out ripped me off or were extremely rude.

My phone had reverted to boot mode. I have tiny red and white writing on a black screen. I needed my phone as my dad was in the hospital in another state. To top it off, we were in the first stages of the Coronavirus stay-at-home order. I have gone to the Metro PCS stores in my area and all were closed... understandable. I NEEDED my cell phone. I called the Metro PCS located at 325 Anaheim in Long Beach. They told me to charge the phone fully then try to turn it on. That did not work. So I closed my store and flew down to the Metro PCS as they had altered hours much as I did closing at 6 p.m. They worked on my phone and got it back up in about 10 minutes, AND CHARGED ME NOTHING! That has to be the kindest thing that happened to me all year. Overjoyed, I pull up the picture of my dad to show them why I needed so desperately. I bought a charger there as this is a privately owned Metro PCS and most certainly could use the support. If you are looking for a Metro PCS that is not only open but knowledgeable, this is the place. Many thanks.

Employees tired to over charger $60 on top of what the actual price. Do your self a huge favor and don't come here. Not to mention staff were so rude and unprofessional
