terrible experience. walked in ready to buy an suv for my mom. one guy walked me around the entire parking lot pointing at random cars and never let me into one. finally walked back into the showroom to open up the one on display. he unlocked it and walked away . no wonder mercedes is on its way down.

Dropped my car off 11/29 for a 10:45 appt. Let the agent I was assigned dealership (Harry Reid) know the problem with the car. He let me know they would contact me with information on the car once it was looked at, he set me up for text messages, and he called me a Lyft to take me home. After I left, hours went by and I hadn't heard from Harry. Called his number several times; no answer. Called the front desk spoke with the lady at the service desk she assured me she would have Harry reach out to me. She didn't, or he didn't. Next day I messaged Harry about an update on my car he said they were on lunch but he would get back to me. Two hours later and still he had not reached out. Called his phone, twice, no answer. Called the front desk the lady (Alvira, she was hesitant to give her name) she had me on hold about 10 minutes, then told me she was unable to locate Harry BUT he would have his contact me. Nah. I heard that yesterday. I asked was there anyone else I could speak to in regard to my car and the status. She placed me on hold AGAIN for about 10 minutes trying to find someone else for me to talk too. She was unable to find someone for me to talk to SO she sent them an email. I asked was there another advisor could speak too? Mind you I'm giving all the suggestions, she had no problem resolution suggestions.. at all. Mind you this whole time no one has contacted me about the car, the service it may need or the how much it's going to cost. I was hold about 20minutes then she tells me management responded Harry will be getting back to me shortly.. which is literally what's she said earlier!? Sooo. She was pleasant BUT clueless; not help to me. I am totally unaware of anything in regard to the car, I just know I made an appointment and dropped it off AND THEY HAVE IT. Definitely not pleased with the service AT ALL. If I wanted to be left in the dark I would have taken my car to some rinky dink shop on some random corner some where and not an actual dealership. Harry finally gets back to me, still no updates. At this point my mom gets involved because I'm completely over it. Harry is very short/brief w/ my mom, she asks to speak with management, Kobe (management) is just unavailable. Completely unavailable. I needed my car this weekend, Harry provided information about rental car service since they didn't have any loaner cars available (they never have loaner cars available by the way), that was helpful but information on my car would of been even more helpful; going on day 3. Dec. 1 (my birthday if I might add) Dec. 1 the mechanics sent me a video about things that needed to be updated on the car; the video included NOTHING about what I actually brought the car in for. Confused, I contacted Harry, he answered first ring this time. I explained I got a video from the mechanic, but nothing was said about the actual issue I was having. Harry advised me he had good news, they looked over what I said was wrong, and they found the root of the problem and they were going to fix/replace the hose going into the fuel thing (I don't know the exact terminology). He had already ordered the part AND the cost would be covered by the dealership. I was elated. My car was actually ready Saturday 12/2. I picked it up Monday. They washed my car, and vacuumed it out, that was nice. After driving my car 2 days the gas smell is completely gone. The overall experience was all over the place and un-ideal BUT that news alone made me so freaking happy. 2 star review, changing to like 3.5 not quite 4. The communication could have been way better! If someone would have simply told me "this is a busy week, it's going to be a few days before your car is looked at" that would have alleviated the problem.

I received an Emissions Modification notice for my Vehicle Sprinter. The whole process has been a nightmare. And now that the work is finally complete I can't get anyone to give me info on the incentive payment owed to me. Their customer service is horrible, worst 5 months of customer service I have dealt with, I was just on the phone with someone who was on a personal call at the same time when on the phone with me. Just Horrible! A.Valencia. -4609.

The service is horrible I asked for help and they were rude and condescending I don't mind if employees are misinformed and give me the run around it happens but at least be polite and attempt to help.I'm already here if not I wouldn't get service here. No one wants to work it's easier to say go ask that guy go ask them go in there wait out there instead of working it shows the employees are lazy and managers don't understand how to run a business.

Not reviewing purchasing or leasing, reviewing service department. Brought my vehicle in for a parts issue and came home with electrical and mechanical issues that were nonexistent before my vehicle was touched by their team.Brought it in for my sway links and control arms that had just been replaced, they needed to be "torqued" correctly. They recommended spark plug change and I approved. Picked it up and drove it home and the next time I turned my vehicle on I had electrical and mechanical failure. Had to get it towed back and they quoted me $8000.Either their mechanics don't know what they're doing or they have shady practices.

Will Stick with Fletcher Jones for future.Tried MB of LB for some repairs because it is close to my office and I thought it would be more convenient. There were too many inconveniences to mention so I will sum it up by stating that their service is severely lacking. I'd recommend Fletcher Jones any day, even if it's a bit of a drive.

I've never had such a bad experience with a dealer than the one I've had here. The service department does not pay attention to customers needs. We did a service package on our company van that cost over $1000 dollars just to find out they tires were low and each tired had a different pressure. So that just lets me know they never checked the tires. I also left it over the weekend to get our left back door fixed to find out Monday morning that it was never worked on the weekend and was given the excuse of they only had 1 service tech on a Saturday when Saturdays are the busiest mind you I never got a follow call stating that. Than I had another problem where we were told our van was ready for pick up because they couldn't give me paperwork because it wasn't submitted to warranty and if I needed paperwork stating what was fixed I needed to leave the van to process paperwork which made no sense at all. So after dealing with all these problems I asked where was the nearest Mercedes Benz dealer come to find out they are far. It's pretty upsetting to have to deal with this back to back within a 1 month.

V bad Customer service, Today i went to buy an Auxiliary Battery for my 2020 CLA 250 , after i bought it i asked a v simple question where its located in the car !! , They refused to answer my v simple question, They said we cant tell you thats why we pay our technicians,, Seriously !!I paid over 60k on my 2020 Car not to get this customer service.if um buying a battery from Autozone or Walmart They will help More than that, will Never Buy a Mercedes Again .
