My appointment with Dr. Kurzweil was on-time and I had was able to get an x-ray and diagnosis all in the same visit. Dr. Kurzweil really took the time to answer all of my questions about my condition and I felt I received top quality care. Everyone is friendly, professional and courteous. I have been to MOSG several times and have always been very happy with the care and advice I have received. Would highly recommend to anyone needing ortho advice or assistance.

Dr Yuan did a fine job. I had my first low back surgery 81/2 years ago with Dr Yuan. He is very attentive to me and always seems to have my best interest at heart.

Dr. Yuan is truly a miracle surgeon, he is very professional, caring and listen to the patient. I came to Dr. Yuan for a second opinion, Dr. Yuan believes in a less invasive surgery and get the same result. My severe pain went away right after I walked out of the surgery room. Today, I am the happies patient.

Dr. Bhalla performed back surgery on me in January. He is an excellent physician and surgeon. I would highly recommend Dr.Bhalla if you need any back surgery.

I have gone from surgery candidate to zero pain! Dr. Yuan has given me injections and referred me to therapy. My aquatic therapy and weight loss have also helped me tremendously.

Had a very complicated knee surgery 2021 and was very pleased with the care I received from Dr. Warden and Anthony Gauthier his PA. I have also been doing my physical therapy at the same location and the two physical therapists, Thomas Bilodeau and Eric Neal that have worked with me in my recovery are simply the best! I highly recommend each of them.

This physical therapy team is friendly and medically proficient at what they do. Even when they’re giving uncomfortable therapy, they’re very warm and encouraging. I’ve become very good friends with my therapist (Lisa), and I would highly recommend this PT department to anyone who needs therapy.

Let me start by saying that I have had two surgeries by Dr Tsai for my knees. He did amazing work and was a great doctor for me. That’s where the good part ends. The rest of the staff and support functions at this office are simply HORRIBLE!Let’s start with Anna for surgery scheduling. I’ve had multiple issues with her. She doesn’t communicate very well. When you talk to her, it’s as if it’s an great inconvenience to her like she has something else better to do. My spouse also had a surgery done by Dr Tsai. She sent the pre-op information kit with contradicting dates and completely wrong information. This is her core job function and she can’t do it properly.Don’t expect a smile or any personality from front desk people. And the support staff/nurses will treat you like an assembly line.Maybe this is the new normal for medical offices, but I’m no longer amused by the level of unprofessional behavior at this facility. Maybe I have high expectations, but I don’t think accuracy and friendliness are too much to ask for in todays world.Sadly, even though I like Dr Tsai, I wouldn’t return because I don’t want to encounter any of the rest of the staff again. Not worth it. I will look elsewhere and hope for something better. It won’t take much to be a better experience.
