Suki is great. I was nervous about going from long to short and unsure of what style would work with my face and very wavy hair. She looked at the photos I brought and immediately knew what to do. She explained it easily, told me what she would do before doing it (thank you!) and answered my nervous questions with patience and efficiency. She had two options in mind and gave me the longer version first so if I wanted to go with the shorter option I still could. Introduction, style discussion, shampoo, cut, style, instructions of what I have to do to make the wavy or straight options look good, gave me the exact name of the gel I should buy to go curly, and I set another up another appointment. All of that was done in 30 minutes. $45
