“We were exploring some new couches online with Bob's and my husband found some really good deals. Then he found one that was actually located in the store at Long Beach so we decided to go check it out.

I was a bit nervous after seeing some reviews, but when we walked in, we were greeted, but nobody was too pushy. We wandered around the showfloor & then we went into the outlet section, which is more like the discounted open box section, and we fell in love with basically the first couch that we saw. An employee named Ben helped us out a LOT and answered all our questions and was very friendly. Shout out to Ben!!! Altho many people on the floor were willing to help.

Altho Ben offered us the Bob's delivery, we chose to shop around for other options. Everything came without a hitch. Definitely would come back to order more furniture here. The prices cant be beat!

“Well, I was a little upset because they had brought me a badly damaged chest of drawers and the seller who contacted me through Facebook spent almost a month getting the furniture replaced. Yesterday I spoke with a girl who answers the numbers they give you on the invoice when You make a purchase and a very despotic, arrogant girl answered that I should not change the VAT but now a Mr. Alberto called me and told me he was going to make the change. They immediately brought me a very nice new chest of drawers and the man who is the delivery man Oscar He is a very kind man, he helped me set it up and he is very careful when lowering the furniture.
