The best place in Long Beach for all you mailing needs and notary service.I personally needed several 5 pages notarized documents done and the amazing lady that works there did an excellent job with very important estate paperwork. I also got a PO Box at this location. I HIGHLY recommend this business for all your mailing needs.

Thank you to the great employees of this location for taking care of my very important notary service. My elderly parents needed estate, documents, executed, and a very nice lady completed all the documents accurately. The price for notary service is great, and cheaper than some of the other places in the area. Thank you so much for being the best mailing service place in Long Beach. Highly recommend !!!!!!!

I just had the same experience at this location. The person at the counter made up every excuse not to do my notary of ONE document. There were two people ahead of me, one for notary, which they didn't even have the papers completed, another for postal. I am confused, what happened to customer service. Then there was someone in the back, but did not even come out to assist. Neither me nor my family will ever use their service!

I remember coming here a year ago and having a bad experience and this year was no different. Today I walked in and 2 people were in line in front of me. Both had packages that needed to be shipped out. I waited patiently for 15 min while the lady at the front desk took her time and slowly shipped the boxes out (while complaining about how she hates packing and shipping packages) . By the time it was my turn, about 5 or 6 people had walked in and were waiting in line behind me. When I walked up to the counter she then asked everyone what they were here for and some people said just stamps. She then said “okay I’m gonna help all of you out first cuz you’re easier” I had just waited nearly 20 minutes for her to do the same exact thing for the 2 people in front of me and now that I’m next in line to be helped she was going to have people that have been waiting for just a few minutes cut in front of me. Thank god those nice people said to not worry and to help me first but the lady insisted that she helps them before me. I gave her a look that basically said what the hell is wrong with you? And then she said okay I don’t want to piss anyone off. This is exactly what happened to me last time I was here and she had 4 people cut in front me because it made her job easier. This is the last time I will use this service as I feel I am being treated unfairly just to make the employees job “easier”. 1 star and get new employees maybe some that don’t complain about their job to customers and make them feel uncomfortable for coming for a service that is naturally provided.

Went for a live scan without appointment and was done in 5 minutes for $71 for me (price can vary). Barbie, who runs the store, was very friendly, funny, and helpful. Can't recommend enough

RUDE, PASSIVE AGGRESSIVE, DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE. I came to "Mail Services" looking for a package I ordered. I don't know what the lady's name behind the front desk but she was EXTREMELY rude. She had short hair and a rainbow shirt on. Anyway, as soon as I walked in, she was already saying passive aggressive remarks. I was literally still walking to the front desk and was greeted with that. I asked her a lot of questions about the whereabouts of my package but she responded with very snarky remarks. I was already confused about finding my package and she did not make it any better. I literally had to get help from a customer in front of me to figure out where to go next. Walked in out in tears because of how mean she was. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Do not choose this mailing service!!!!!!!

I had my finger prints services done here for a job screening. It took about 10 mins to process the Customer service was excellent. This place is perfect for anyone who doesn’t want to deal with long lines at post office. They have shipping supplies, greeting cards, PO Boxes etc. Side note, make sure you have two forms of ID and don’t wear lotion on hands because it will be greasy and hard for the machine to pick up your finger print.

Living close to here is so convenient. Can do everything in one stop. I can send my UPS, USPS, fed ex, snail mail, etc. So convenient to not have to drive to all the different places

I've been having my mail box here for 3 yrs now, I have never had any problems with the staff , I absolutely love Barbie, she is the backbone of this establishment. Without her I don't think they would be in business
