Worst experience ever! I gave the lady my W2 forms and she automatically said I owe money. I asked why? she explained the situation and handed my forms back to me without trying to help me out. She also answered a phone call in the middle of our conversation. Poor customer service.

My entire family files their taxes at this location. I've utilized her services two years in a row now and will continue to help support the business. She's not related to us but I do call her "Auntie" because she treats us like an extended part of her family, and we're Cambodian. Last year, due to Covid our tax refunds were delayed but Auntie helped guide us with all the questions we had, dealing with the IRS and their requests and navigating the whole refund process. It took a year to get our refund, but I attribute it all to Covid and the IRS, but thankful for the advice given to us by Auntie. Anytime we had tax related questions she would respond and help right away. She's honest, trustworthy, and very direct. I'd recommend her to anyone.

This is the best and fastest tax service office. They also have 3 other locations in Long Beach! They are very efficient and sharp with services and knowledge. I had a same day return with a deadline and they got it done.

This is a great place to file ur tax. She's honest. She's professional. She's understanding as well. Does a great job in a speedy way. Very well organized. Left her one year and realized what I was missing. The fee is hands down cheap. I offered her more but she refuses to take it. Within 15 days direct deposit is good. Although she says 20 lol.
