Bought a little trinket for myself today. I love it, reasonably priced, and the staff was extremely kind and helpful!

Just popped in to get a gift for my gf's father's birthday. The staff was very welcoming and quickly showed me the selection of bracelets. They even provided a very nice (free) gift wrapping of my purchase and a gift receipt just in case. Luna has everything from jewelry to home decor so if you are looking for something with tasteful style I highly recommend stopping by and checking them out.

I love coming in and shopping locally with my kids for JellyCat stuffed animals, they always have a fun selection and some new surprises. The jewelry is lovely as well, got my daughter a silver piece from Italy which she absolutely loves. Staff is very friendly

What a unique store! Luna Belmont Shore is such a cool store. They have things that you can't find anywhere else. The jewelry looks like it is handmade- although, I am not 100% sure about this. It just seems so unique, and the pieces seem like someone spent time making them. Luna Belmont Shore also has such a cool sounding name. It makes me think if an anime called Castlevania lol The families last name in the anime is Belmont and I think of that lol Luna sells random odd and end type knick knacks. It's pretty great. Take a look for yourself.

Luna has a wonderful collection of jewelry. The decor is pretty and inviting. It's worth a look for window shoppers and buyers, too.

Walking on 2nd Street and was intrigued by the window clings. Window shopping will really get ya on this street. Luna Belmont is a cute shop with lots of random trinkets from jewelry to loose leaf tea, and quirky umbrellas. Got a cute ceramic tea cup with matching cover + tea strainer. Prices overall were a little bit on the higher side, but the quality of some seems good and homemade.

This unique gift shop is a Long Beach treasure! I love that they support independent artisans and offer a large array of items at different price levels. Staff is always on hand to show you items and offer advice. The gift wrapping they provide adds a really special touch. There aren't many small businesses left that offer the kind of experience you find here.

Writing this review on behalf of my husband who went to buy me a Christmas gift in the shop. I opened it up on Christmas and the first story he tells me about is how horrible the sales staff was to him. They followed him around, wouldn’t allow him to hold the items he was thinking about purchasing, and overall made him have an icky feeling of being profiled when he left.I’m sure having a business in today’s world, you have to have precautions but profiling shouldn’t be one in your toolbox. Community stores must feel welcome to enter FOR ALL. We never write bad reviews for businesses, but this crossed the line and we had to speak up in hopes that it could usher in new behavior for the staff because the store is cute and offers cool things.

it's my go-to store for a wide variety of ideas for gifts. I always find that something special for my friends and family. Their scarves, jewelry, books, glass ware, ceramics, wood trays and cutting boards make practical and unique gifts. when people see the gift comes from Luna they smile knowingly . they are going to love it, but they don't they know they will find something special. there is a price to pay for quality, wide variety, good service and unique gifts. it's worth it when you know your gift is going to make someone you love very happy ! including yourself!!

They sell broken items and have the worst customer service. I do not recommend this business at all! All their ornaments have Amazon quality!

The store is super cute! A little tacky in the jewelry department but that’s ok!Unfortunately customer service is annoying! They follow you around and make the whole experience horrible. Also I asked the sale associate if the ornament I was buying was broken and she said no. Well it was! Their quality must be bad! Also for WHITE women to sell tarot cards. Kinda weird.Hope they know about witch craft because I’m a real witch and let’s just say when someone rips me off. Good things don’t really happen for those people.Xx

Every time I go into the store, I am greeted and treated nicely. However, whenever my husband goes in, they immediately start watching him, following him around, and jumping out at him trying to catch him in the act of stealing. They won't help him or take out any jewelry for him to see. My husband is black. I am white. We have drastically different experiences in this store. Please, Luna, there are ways to secure your merchandise that aren't so obvious or so racist . My husband has a security company and often works at high end jewelry stores. He could give you some valuable pointers on how to prevent loss. I recommend better training for the workers in this regard. We have lived in Belmont shore for years and come to the store often. The jewelry and glassware is beautiful and unique. Many local artists are featured. I always bring family in from out of town to show off my beautiful community. We have spent thousands there. The white members of my family always have a great experience. But it is appalling how my black family members are treated. They are keenly aware of how they are being profiled. Please please stop this!

Beware of unreasonable exchange policy. I bought 15 Christmas Ornaments for friends and family, returned a couple of days later to kindly exchange one of the ornaments still wrapped in the box. They were extremely rude, and more than willing to keep the ornament; but not exchange it. I bought a replacement ornament and they kept the one I bought previously - I'm sure for re-sale. Not very festive of them, and not an ideal experience, especially around the holidays.

as another christmas season nears, beware luna belmont shore, which blamed and castigated our three-year-old grandson for accidentally dropping a delicate xmas tree ornament -- first the nasty store staff, and then the even-nastier owner, falsely claimed he had broken the ornament on purpose, an utter falsehood -- then, when i still asked for a replacement since we had already paid 20 bucks for the overpriced ornament, i was banned from luna for life! shame!
