I had a Notary training with Rufus, a Mobile Notary in Los Angeles, which provided valuable information as to how to get my business started with general notary work. He's direct and discusses what's worked for him so far! We also discussed apostilles and how to incorporate that valuable service along with general notary. He offers a lot of information on his social media platforms, definitely recommend this 90 minute training.

Best one-on one Notary public Training.Rufus(Notary Dude) offered me the best Notary Training ever.He responded first and was ableto schedule a zoom meeting with me the me on the same day I contacted him.I am new Notary who gained confidence after the 90min.zoom call training.He went over optimizing my Google my business page,what to do when you get a call, before meeting the clients, and after, marketing my business, using Social Media,and more...It was a lot of information, good for New Notaries.Call him.

We had a wonderful experience. Our real estate closing was moved up while we were on a cruise. The team was wonderful met us as soon as we disembarked on a Saturday printed the needed documents for us and got them out right away to meet the deadlines.

Rufus was an amazing person. I wanted to thank him for taking the time to go through the notary training. Rufus was very detailed oriented and took the time to answer all of the questions I proposed on and off the topic. As a notary public I appreciated the thoroughness of the steps provided for apostille. As a notary public in Melbourne, Florida, I expected similar comparativeness of a notary public in Los Angeles, California, however, Rufus insightfulness showed I have quite a bit of work to completed in my own journey. My son and I took a notary training course with Rufus. He was extremely knowledgeable on how the notary business works and gave us a lot of valuable advice on how to get our business started.
He explained in detail the key things we need to do NOW, along with tips on how to market our business.
As a new notary starting out, he gave my son and I everything we needed, to grow our business the right way, along with the confidence to execute a successful signing. Asking the "right questions" up front, before you meet with a client, is key in having a successful signing.
