This place is nasty. I don’t think anything got washed between me and the last person. No WiFi. Hot water barely worked.

I would have given this motel a 0 I was in transition waiting for my apartment to become available so I needed to stay somewhere for a couple days. I found this place last minute. Let me tell you this place is absolutely appalling! I did not even stay there for more than 2 hours. See pictures below and let them speak for themselves. Do NOT stay at this place unless you want to catch a disease, bitten by bed bugs and the like. No one would stay here in their right mind. I reported them to health and safety

despite the price and distance from downtown, you'll likely want to spend a little more a night for something that is at least a decent stay.this place is sketchy, at best. it and the street it's on are not well-kept at all. the long list of rules at the front desk aren't comforting, either. you have to pay extra per person on top of the room fee, and body towels are an extra charge, as well. the "free WiFi" seems only to work in the lobby, and when you ask about it you're likely not to get any help.our group had two rooms, and both were very different. though, they were both very run down. the one, which i stayed in, was semi-renovated. there were still wires coming from the TV, cable box, and wall, however. The cable box was hanging from one off the wall, as well. we were missing a chair, and one of the nightstands did not have a drawer. there were ants in the bed, and they trailed from the front door to our sealed food on the table, which was absolutely disgusting. the HVAC unit screamed every time it turned on. the floor dramatically slanted up into the bathroom, which had numerous cosmetic defects. there were additionally no extra locks on the door, which was worrying considering the arguing we would hear outside late at night.this place isn't really cheap, clean, or safe. the only perk is that there is a bus stop on the block that only takes 10 minutes to get to downtown.

sold my room hours before I got there, never changed the reservation status until a few days after the reservation date.I found out from them when I arrived there.When they finally did cancel the reservation, they used the reason: "customer had to cancel"

Bathroom was a disaster, mold on the ceiling, paint falling off, stained towels, shower sprayed everywhere, mold on the floor and corners by tub, holes in the blankets and the sheets felt like there was sand in them, tv did not function, the "couch" was the middle piece from a sectional just placed in the room and room door did not want to close properly took extra effort to make sure was closed, parking is a joke, not ment to have larger vehicles. They have very unaccomudating rules and charge extra for each person in the room.Rooms: Should he described as a health hazard, very sub par, it's not even like they are trying to keep up on matainance of the property

Unreliable for any large event. I made a reservation 6 months ago for Dreamstate, got here at 3:15 to check in only for me and the 4 people in line ahead of us to be told they've overbooked and they don't have rooms. What's the point of having a reservation then? I had to find a new hotel on the day of the event, absolutely last minute. Your reservation doesn't mean anything.

I reserved the room and when I got there with my family he doesn’t give me my room he said we are sold out with the very bad attitude .

Rooms smell disgusting, they didn't provide towels or TP and there's music blasting next door, I had to get out of there, look at the pictures and you be the judge.

Rooms: ROACHES ROACHES ROACHES !!!!! black mold in bathroom above shower. Floor completely warped from water damage had to hang bags from closet rod after seeing one run into one of our bags. ....but the staff was friendly. Warning they do require a CASH deposit for room key.

No toilet paper or towels in room. No chair for desk in room. Sketchy location. Loud construction. Rooms have exposed wires/plumbing.
