I have had a wonderful experience with LB Graphix. Esau provides excellent customer service and can create anything you want. I was able to start up my Father's business with their assistance with T-Shirts and business cards. I've been using this company twice and will continue working with them. Highly recommend!

My jersey got damaged in the dryer. They assured me that they'd be able to remove the printing and replace it. I was told it'd take 5-6 days; I didn't hear from them for over a week so I called for an update. They lost my Jersey, asked what it looked like and the name it was under, later called saying they found it and started working on it, a week after I dropped it off and called for an update. They told me that they couldn't remove the font and they stained it with a chemical. The conversation ended with the man I was talking to just going silent. I don't recommend this business.

Moving my company 2hrs away and will not be able to use their printing service so I asked if I can have the screens they charged $30 for so I won't have to spend another $30 to have other ones made and was told no. Thanks a lot for not returning the favor and supporting small businesses. The business I gave you was more than just me needing a few orders of printed garments, it was my choice to help out another small business during the pandemic to help keep them thriving. Disappointed....

Esau has been great to work with. He has allowed me to bounce some ideas off him whenever I have dropped in, and the Cards and Banners I have ordered have always been delivered on-time and correct.

WARNING - DO NOT USE FOR RUSH ORDER unless you enjoy being hustled. See screenshots of email exchange......LBG tried to squeeze me for another $100 while trying to pay them for the agreed terms... On Tuesday afternoon, I confirmed quote was good to go 40 minutes after receiving, clearly not wanting to be the hold up in this process. Then radio silence from LBG until 10:03a on Wednesday when they sent proof and requested payment ASAP. Again, I promptly responded with in 10 minutes, agreeing to proof and stating I would call to pay when meeting ended at 12p (w/in 1.5 hours). Called to pay at 12p, and price had gone up $100. Went to check my emails, low and behold I was shocked to see their 10:30a response stating "I will need $100 if it past 11am. I'm sorry but that is what the costs are." This was absolutely mind boggling to me, especially considering that we've done business before. I have not been hustled this bad since attempting to buy Burning Man tickets off of craiglist. I obviously canceled order and found someone with better business practices. AVOID the headache and go with someone else!
