I was stressing about phone repairs/replacement costs after killing my screen all last night. I went in first thing in the morning, they fixed it up in less than an hour, less than $100. iPhone X works like new, all the stress gone. Highly recommended, super easygoing and helpful. Now to backup my phone.

I never leave reviews and I’m sure he is otherwise competent, but this owner’s treatment of me was a bit out of hand. I went in for a simple charger port cleaning. His rate of $25 was already expensive, but he was friendly and professional so I said sure. I leave the store and try to make a call in the parking lot after paying and my phone has this new clicking noise; turns out he broke my microphone!I immediately call him back and he starts playing 21 questions and asking how he could have possibly done it and how I could possibly know he did it, instead of doing the right thing and admitting responsibility. His inability to take responsibility for breaking my iPhone was irresponsible. He actually broke my entire motherboard so without AppleCare, it would have been a $500 repair.

Hi, I just brought two, five gallon bottles into your store and paid $10 to fill them up with alkaline water. Got home & filled up only nine, one gallon bottles. Your machine's twin, alkaline dispensers each only gave me 4.5 gallons, when I selected the five gallon option; however, I paid $10 with the Venmo app

25 cents a gallon for Reverse Osmosis water. Self serve, super friendly, small business, and there's even a parking lot!

First time visiting this store, so I wanted to use pH strips to verify if their $4/5gal alkaline water was actually alkaline. Turns out, its not with a pH of 6. Their regular distilled water also had a pH of 6. Long beach tap had a pH of 7 just for comparison. Bottom line- I highly doubt they regularly maintain the salts of their alkaline water. They are most likely up-selling regular distilled water as alkaline water. Wont be back.

This is for the water store portion I've been coming here since I was able to drive, so over 15 years. This place was strictly a water store that sold a few snacks. Then they sold cell phones and now they do phone repairs so it's pretty cool to see this place evolve. Every 3 weeks or so, I come refill my water. It's the closest water store to me that actually has a place to park. Most of the time, I fill my water and leave and there's never an issue. 25% of the time, however, this place isn't there at their stated time of hours. I get it - it's a small business - they can do whatever the hell they want. It's just frustrating when I load the water gallons, our family needs water, and I drive up and they're not there. It's a waste of my time and my gas. All I'm asking for in consistency Why not call them, you ask? Every time I call I get the "the hours are clearly stated" conversation that ends up making me feel bad that I asked. Today I came at 12pm. Usually around 11-12 I don't need to call and I can count on them being open. Today was not the case and I just wanted to point this out. Look - I'm still going to come. I didn't give the place one star despite me being frustrated I've left this place for the 20th time without water. I'm just asking for some consistency

I'd highly recommend this store has a place to refill your 5 gallon water containers. I really appreciate the fact that they have a high powered water spigot for rinsing the bottles prior to refilling them. The shop also carries supplies such as replacement caps and pumps for dispensing the water. It seems like an ingenious business idea to combine a cell phone store with a water dispenser, since the water side of the business brings in a lot of traffic, but not much money, where is the cell phone side of the business works the other way around. I appreciate the fact that the people who work here are always very polite and they have a rolling cart to transport the heavy full bottles to the car (and they always offer to help load the car as well!) Using refillable 5 gallon containers for water you may need in an earthquake or other disaster, is much more environmentally sound than buying many cases of individual plastic bottles, so I really appreciate that there are stores like this who make this practice convenient and easy.
