Short Story: Do not let Chris touch your laptops. Do not sign anything from this shop because they say that you are liable if they damage your devices. Long Story: Brought my laptop in because one of my CPU fans was starting to go out. It still ran, but I wanted to get it fixed before a problem started. I called and spoke with Chris. Told him my computer model and the issue. He said he would likely be able to fix it, but needed to see it. I brought it in on a Wednesday and he said he would have the replacement fans on and the repair completed on Friday. On Friday, I had to make two trips to the store because he declined to take my laptop's power adapter the first time. When I returned the second time, I opened my MSI Center app to check the speed of the fans. I noticed that the fans were approximately 2000 RPM slower than the manufacturer fans. When I brought that to his attention, his response was that it would be fine, but it is all "cheap Chinese ****". After I returned home, the computer overheated and shutdown after approximately 15 minutes of playing a game. I called him back to explain the issue. At this time, he compared the original fans (which I left at his shop) with what he ordered and said he ordered the wrong fans. He placed an order for the "correct" fans which were going to arrive the following Tuesday. I go back to the shop on Tuesday and dropped off my laptop. A few hours later, he told me it was ready. I go back in and check the MSI Center app to discover that one fan was not spinning at all. THIS WAS NOT EVEN THE FAN THAT HAD THE ORIGINAL PROBLEM! He said he would open it back up again and take a look. Meanwhile, he blamed the laptop for all the issues. I told him to take his time, because I would rather it fixed right that rushed. The next day, I called at approximately 12:30 P.M. wondering if he had a chance to get to it yet. He responded with "I'm ready for you, I got to show you something." So make yet another trip to his shop anticipating that my laptop at least works properly. Yet again, one fan is not spinning. He is then tried to explain to me that he spoke with other techs and was told the fan would speed up as the computer got hotter. He completely ignored the times I told him that hitting Fn + F8 activates the cooler booster function on MSI laptops forcing the fans to run at top speed no matter the laptop's temperature. He wanted me to go home saying there was nothing else he could do and it should be fine. The laptop once again shut itself down because the temperature got too hot. I asked for a refund and for him to put the original fan back in. He told me it would take a couple hours. I opted to sit there and wait. It was done in about 30 minutes. He then asked me to sign the receipt for the first time despite picking up my laptop the other times and never needing to sign anything. This raised a huge RED FLAG. Upon closer review, his "Receipt" has terms, conditions, and liability waivers on the backside. Including the explicit language of "When Customers authorize us to perform repair and/or upgrade services on their computer systems, they assume all-liability and responsibility caused by any service" When I brought that up, I refused to sign and provided the example that if Chris had broken a pin on my laptop's motherboard and as a result one of the fans no longer had power, why would I be liable for that? He denied having broken anything. I sent the laptop to MSI for a diagnostic and repair. They confirmed that the fan connector pins on the motherboard needed to be replaced and that was the cause of one fan not working. Chris took a small problem and turned it into a huge problem. All the while, he insulted and blamed all the issues on my laptop.

Had an issue with my computer. Explained briefly what it was and the next day they had troubleshoot it and said that I could do an expensive repair or there was a workaround. Ended up paying $0 and will definitely come back.

Very bad customer service. I called to ask a question to service my computer and the guy on the phone had an attitude with me and wouldn't answer my question. This is bad business from the start so I know it would be worse if I let them do the job. Stay away

My computer wouldn't turn on unless it was plugged into the charger. If I unplugged it, it would immediately turn off- regardless of the battery percentage. Dropped it off in ten morning and got it back and hour later...working. And I only paid the service fee. Here's what I like about them: 1) when I first dropped it off, he told me he'd take a look and give me a call to tell me what he could do. That costed me nothing. 2) what he told me it would cost (1 hr service fee of $90), is exactly what he charged me when I went back 3) he fixed my computer and saved me hella money 5 stars

Chris provided OUTSTANDING SERVICE by helping me with (7) office computers and in record time. Chris is professional, helpful, friendly and his prices are SO fair. Highly recommend -- 5 stars!!

i called and asked if they could replace my ipad screen. they quoted me a reasonable price, but not any cheaper than other places around. the guy on the phone was super rude. he was short with me and kind of raised his voice. i just asked 2 reasonable questions, can u replace my 4th generation ipad screen and can i get a quote for that. i can just tell from the phone call that i’m going to have to pass on that whole situation.

My MacBook pro was having issues. I went to Apple first, they told me it was completely damaged so I looked for a place in LB , since I live in LB, and a very nice gentlemen took my laptop, and diagnosed it. Found out it was my had drive. Fixed it quickly and for a very reasonable price. I was happy that my laptop was fixed quick since I use it every day at work!

I brought my ipad as it doesn't charge properly and it turned off, luckily Chris took care of me and helped me resolve the situation. It was a fast and good experience, the best thing is that I didn't lose my data, thanks Chris.

A couple of years ago I needed to retrieve my photos from my hard drive. I didn't get the guys name but he was very helpful and nice. So nice that I needed help today and this is the first place I thought of to go for help. Today I got hacked on my laptop. Chris was very nice and compassionate. He had me up and running in less than two hours. Gave me some pointers and helpful advice. Thank you so much Chris!!!
