GREAT buying experience! I had my eye on a bike here starting early November 2023, and for a myriad of my own reasons wasn't able to actually buy it until the end of January 2024. Greg in sales was AWESOME during this whole time! He answered all my questions, and stayed in contact without ANY pressure or hassle at any point. When I was finally ready to purchase, he went out of his way to help me get a deal that really worked well for me, and he made the whole process smooth and easy. I couldn't have asked for a better experience from start to finish. I'm THRILLED with my new bike, probably even more so thanks to all of Greg's help. When I wear this bike out and am looking for another, I'm calling Greg at Long Beach BMW Motorcycles first. :)

Best motorcycle shop in LA hands down. I've purchased a bike and had an older one serviced here. So I've been coming here for several years. Always great

Michael (i hope i spelt that right) is the salesman. Im looking to buy an s1k m and had questions about the differences between the M1k and s1k. Michael was very knowledgeable, gave me the functionality / cosmetis differences between the 2. He was very nice, welcoming and something I have always appreciated about the BMW community is they are always friendly and welcoming in a professional manner (at least in my experiences) Thanks man!

Bought my second bike from Long Beach BMW Motorcycles. First was a C400X about 2 years ago, and now a CE 04. Both experiences have been exceptional. Mike was pleasant and very knowledgeable. It took me about 30 minutes to buy the bike and get out. I dealt with Greg for my CE04. He was very communicative and messaged me multiple times to answer my questions. I was able to buy the scoot over the phone. He sent everything FedEx and I swung by and picked up the bike on a Saturday. Greg came in on his birthday to deliver the bike. He showed me all the systems, connected my phone, and explained how the charger works. I would encourage anyone to check out their huge selection of bikes at great prices. I don't mind driving 80 miles round-trip to buy here.

Because of mixed feelings, I debated whether I should write this review but decided, for safety considerations, it important enough to share.Back on 20 May 2023, I purchase a used 2019 R1250RT from Long Beach BMW Motorcycles. That morning, I worked with a very pleasant salesman, named Greg, who showed me the bike and assured me that all steps had been taken, inspections included, to ensure it was fully functional and safe. Based largely on that reassurance, we completed the sale.I live in the Phoenix area so, roughly a week after the purchase, the bike was shipped successfully (by a carrier of the dealer's choice) and arrived in Phoenix. On the second ride following its arrival, I was surprised when the bike, on three different occasions, unexpectedly jumped out of cruise control. I could not correlate any reason or cause for why this happened--but called the dealership the next day and spoke with my salesman. He agreed to speak with his Service Department and later called me and asked whether I had inadvertently closed the throttle--possibly tripping a microswitch that would disengage cruise control. That seemed a reasonable theory and I agreed to monitor my grip on the throttle. But, subsequent rides proved that there was more involved than closing the throttle. There were times, in fact, that the cruise control would not even engage! So, being puzzled, I took the bike to a BMW dealership in Scottsdale on a Saturday morning following a ride. Early the following week, a service manager at that dealership called me and shared something I didn't know: that the prior owner had installed an aftermarket rear brake pedal and that was most likely triggering a microswitch disengaging cruise control. I asked them to quote the repair and it amounted to about $580.With the diagnosis and quote, I called the Long Beach dealership and asked, with a calm and polite voice, that one could reasonably conclude that my cruise control problem was a latent defect at the time of sale. I asked that we simply split the cost, 50/50. The salesman agreed to speak with his service manager who later essentially replied, "No; the bike passed our standard safety inspection and the customer purchased the bike 'as is'." I expressed disappointment and replied, "Sometimes the easiest thing to do is to say 'no', but it certainly doesn't make it the right thing to do."I think it easy to conclude that this dealership's 'safety inspection' did not include riding the bike a reasonable distance, at highway speed, to determine whether the cruise control system was operating properly and safely.Thank goodness that, when cruise control disengaged the first few times, I was alert, had solid control of the bike, and was not in a precarious traffic situation. With a slightly different set of factors, the outcome could have been quite different.Long Beach BMW Motorcycle not only failed a safety inspection of my bike's cruise control system but then failed again in making a reasonable business decision with a customer. If you're considering purchasing a used bike from this dealership, learn from my experience and proceed with caution.I'll be happy to share more detail with anyone who's interested.Ride safe.

I want to thank the BMW motorcycle of Long Beach for providing excellent service and support. A special thanks to Greg for making the transaction effortless. He answered all my questions and followed up every time as promised. I purchased a K1600B from out of state and the transaction was flawless. Extremely proud to be part of the BMW organization.
