I lived here for just over 3 years and it was a wonderful experience. Clean, safe, and managed by folks who care and are knowledgeable about the area. Tim and Consuelo are fantastic humans. I’ll always adore this place and cannot recommend it enough.

Linden Lofts was a cozy home for us for about 2 years. Management and maintenance are responsive to requests or needs. They also provided us with door-delivery for packages and always kept updating building amenities.

Located in the Arts District of downtown Long Beach, Linden Lofts Apartments offer 1 bedroom homes, ranging in price from $1600-$1795 per month based on a 1 year lease. We are within 1 mile of the Convention Center, Aquarium of the Pacific, the Queen Mary, The Pike Outlets, Pine Ave restaurants and night life, Long Beach cruise ship Port of Call and many other downtown features. Our amenities include, Fitness Center, Game Room, Courtyard with a firepits, heaters and barbecues. We are a pet friendly property with no restrictions on size or breed. Some apartments are fully modernized. We are a secure building, employing 16 security cameras throughout the building.
