The student-trainers at LifeFit are skilled and accommodating for the over-50 crowd. The programs are fun and challenging. Best of all the members are a pleasure to work out with. I feel so lucky to have found the only gym I actually look forward to going to.

Great location and great facility. This place is ALWAYS clean, and the staff is AMAZING. If you are looking for a great personal trainer ask for Juan. He is friendly and very knowledgeable. He knows how to push you to achieve your best without making you feel bad where you struggle.

I have an active & fit fitness membership and grants access to your facility. I was turned away because you no longer are a part of active & fit but you had their sticker in front office of your window as well as part of the active & fit website of gyms being accessed. That is false advertising for you to brand a third party. I am part of community of Long Beach for several years and was told that I didn't fit an age requirement and cannot sign up even though you have everything marketed in front of your office and on the website.
