This is by far the worst Levi's store I've ever been to. The customer service was appalling, particularly from Maria, the so-called manager, who was not only unhelpful but completely dismissive. I went in for a simple exchange, and instead of resolving a basic system issue, she told me I had to call their office to fix their glitch. Absolutely ridiculous! The lack of professionalism and care was shocking. I’ve never had such an unpleasant experience at any store. Avoid this place at all costs!

I was being followed by a homeless person who was obviously high on drugs and these nice people let me go inside and hid me until my husband sent an Uber for me. Thank you so much. I was so scared.

Very biased and unprofessional behavior i ever witnessed at Levis store. Store associate and manager did not allow us to use trial room saying that store was about to closeout where as it was still good 25 min from close out time but we obliged. Right after they allowed few other folks to use trial right in front of us and when i enquired why i cannot use the trial room they started giving reasons that they want to close out store. Clearly the associate/ manager had bad attitude for certain people from what i can see. Then she told us that we can use trial room but we can only try 1 item as if she was doing us a big favor. Stay away from this store if you want to avoid biased behavior.
