As a new client, I am impressed! The owners did a phenomenal job with my recent tax return. They even took the time to look over my past few years return done by someone else and found MULTIPLE ERRORS! They amended the 2 years prior and found more money that I was owed! Thank you guys so much! It’s almost that time again and I will absolutely be a returning client.

I've been waiting a year for my 2019 federal refund... And they have been no help throughout this entire process... They keep telling me to go down to the irs building so they can release my taxes...I did that a year ago and nothing happened... My new tax person found 3 major red flags on the tax forms they prepared... They don't seem to care about their clients issues and offer no kind of help... Just email responses in all caps... They said they would take their fees out of the federal return but when I got my state return they took their money out of that... They new the irs would hold my refund... It's been a year of nonsense... Don't waste your time with this company...

The minute I walked into the door; I was immediately greeted by William. Donna was on the phone at the time. I signed myself and my brother in. Donna was off the phone and greeted us. She took me in & William took my brother in. They are amazing at what they do. Very professional and made us feel so welcomed. I don't know why I didn't go to them sooner. Any questions I had they answered. I don't see why people would leave such negative comments about this place. I would refer people over and over again without a doubt. Thank you guys for making my filing so easy for me this year!

My first encounter with them was beautiful. Very friendly and seemed knowledgeable. I was very happy with my refund amount and I did not pay attention to their fees until days later when I reviewed my return. OMG! I became furious and immediately contacted Donna and she tried to explain and to be honest it sounded like BS. She gave me a printout of the charges and that made matters worse. She charged me $777.95 to prepare my taxes and then a mysterious charge of $10 was taken from my state refund. I would not recommend this company to anyone unless they are honest and upfront about their fees. I usually do my own taxes and receive the same amount back. This year I was unsure how to file because I recently got married. I'm not that tax savvy and decided to go to a professional. Boy was that the worst mistake of my life.
