I used to go to this place since I moved to Long Beach it was new and the owner owns the convenience store next door. But their malfunctioned and spilled my clothes everywhere on the floor. They wouldn’t give me a free wash to clean them again. They are rude and ignore your complaints and blame you for their faults. They always have homeless people roaming the area begging for change or just present inside. They never have someone attending in the laundromat you have to go to the other store.

Expensive. To use the small washers is now $2 and now it's gone up to $2.50 !!!

I was visiting from Minnesota and the air bnb that we stayed in didn't have a washer and dryer so the day that we were leaving I stopped in to wash my clothes. 2.50 to wash and 25 cents for 5 minutes to dry. The dryer works well I only put 3 quarters in. I would give 5 stars but I saw 2 roaches. I couldn't get out of there fast enough.

I don't hate this place it's very clean and alot of nice customer's service great going there today to wash.
