This place is phenomenal! I was in desperate need for tires for my E550, which had to be ordered because they are a specific size & staggered. They ordered the tires and provided me a time to have them installed, which was the next day. When I arrived, the tires were wanting to be installed. The staff there are very laid back & professional. Not only did the change the tires: they balanced them and brought to my attention potential safety hazards concerning my rims & proceeded to fix them. By now I was blown away! I have never in my life been so enthusiastic about paying for tires. The price of the tires vs the level of customer service are unmatched! The five star rating system is too low for RTS! PS: I APPRECIATE YOU ROSE!

Excellent customer service. Everyone is very professional and knowledgeable. They all know what they are doing. They have a great selection of tires and wheels. I love the way my car looks with the new wheels and tires we selected from their showroom.
