If we're there early, they usually are fast checking us in. But I don't think the computers were "warmed" up and delayed the check-in. I sat for a while waiting for a technician. But everything went smoothly after.

The gentleman at the front not sure of his name but he is of Asian descent. He poked me and then shoved the needle further than he needed to. He was also very rude. I've never been bruised before and my veins are super easy to find. Do better please especially for older folks! :)

It was super packed and a 45 min wait on Monday when I went the girl that did my blood work was having a hard time adjusting the needle and she was really hurting me and kept asking are you alright no I'm not alright just be done already

I tried several times to book an appointment on line and it keeps saying sorry something went wrong on our end ? has this happened to anyone other than me or is it you can only book an appointment during business ours

TERRIBLE customer service. Won't be going back to this one. The only staff member who was professional and courteous was the young Lady who took my blood in the left chair. I didn't get her name but major props to her. Everyone else was rude and had an attitude. The receptionist sitting on the left side at the front desk had me sit in a chair right next to the restroom door where patients were going in and out to give a urine sample. I could go on but I'll just leave it right there. I left there feeling hurt and insulted.

This location is super great! It's in the building of Planned Parenthood which confused me a little bit but super easy to find them! Check-in process was also easy and efficient. Stephanie was a super great help when I was checking in and yezenia drew my blood and I barely felt a thing! Definitely recommend coming to this facility

Didn't expect much coming to this location since there were 2 cop SUV's in front of the building haha! But wowww. Nakiya (hope I got her name right) was probably the best phleb I've ever had. I didn't even feel a freakin' thing! I want to say it's almost a "hurt-so-good" blood draw experience. But it didn't even hurt! The lady who helped me initially (front desk) had a very sweet demeanor. She walked me thru step-by-step what I needed to do to get over a hump in order to get my labs done.I'm def coming back here & request Nakiya. I hope she doesn't ever leave. If she does, I'm going to stalk her. Just kidding :) she's also very professional - cared to ask if I got my problem taken care of; which is $1000 lab bill out-of-pocket!! One star knocked off because of IT!Had I known during the lapse in my ins. that it was going to cost 1K, I would have postponed it.Geez LabCorp, I was an Infection Preventionist when COVID first started & I know how much labs companies made in revenue. Help me out here pleaseeee. We've been thru enough with COVID. If not, give those ladies a raise!! Thanks & much appreciated.

If I could give them NO STARS I would! I have waited for well over an hour to get blood work completed. Due to covid, I sat in my car because there were way too many people waiting to be serviced. In fact, the person at the counter told me to wait at my car and they would call me. It's an hour and thirty minutes later and NO Phone call. Terrible customer service.

Christine helped me register when I first walked in. Then less than 5 mins later my name was called. Christine took my blood as well. She was very kind and professional. I appreciate the service I received today.

Try and avoid this location if at all possible, there is one up the street and there is another down by the traffic circle.The staff is extremely rude and they don't know what they are doing . It would be worth the time to drive to another facility to make sure everything your physician orders get done in a timely fashion.
