For some crazy reasons they don’t even care to heat the hot pool to a reasonable temperature. I’ve been a member for 18 months and I’ve only had the pool at an adult temperature.
Management just doesn’t care. They sit in the office and never leave to see how the gym is doing. Even when it’s mentioned they never respond.

The place has 30 steps and all the equipment to work out on like the treadmills is upstairs and yet there is no elevator not everybody can safely walk 30 steps. This is a travesty and I don’t know how this gets to go on.

Love it, the gym is nice and clean great selection of work out equipment and awesome steam room and sauna, everything you need in a gym.

I just moved into town and walked in And asked to look around. They said there was no one to show me the facility, So I said that told me plenty. I’ll be looking for another location likely 24 hour fitness. Another good customer lost, I’m sorry that LA Fitness has the wrong customer service focus.

They close earlier and earlier. Sign and google show closing time. They shut the doors 30 mins earlier. WTH.

It's been a while since I've met someone in upper management with horrific character. Daisey the store manager is rude, disrespectful and very unprofessional. All that while being lazy and sitting down. Not doing her job in any kind of professional manner. All the money you pay to be talked to crazy but employees. Definitely will be reaching out to corporate about their terrible, entitled, rude employee.

Randy at the front desk did an exemplary job handling a difficult situation where an individual continued to berate and yell obscenities at him for over 25 minutes.

Unreal! To the young man working behind the counter at around 8PM on Wednesday, April 10th, you have a horrible smug attitude and are doing a huge disservice to your employer. I walked in to ask some questions about membership and although there was no one at the counter you didn't have the time of day for me. I will never set foot in that business again! Things must really be going great for LA Fitness to treat a prospective customer like that. GARBAGE!
