Terrible business, my two daughters and friend went shopping in there, my daughter bought postcards next-door to her business, The lady with black hair went up to my daughter and asked her to see the postcards , when my daughter told her I bought them next-door she said oh how funny I sell the same ones and I don't think they sell those over there … funny part is my daughter said she did not see any of the same postcards. Followed her around the whole time and made her uncomfortable.

the clothing was good but overpriced the owner/older lady cashier was super rude to my sister and i. told me i was going to rip a dress and she would have to fix it. told my sister a vest wasn't going to fit her. eyed us the entire time we were in the store and is way over protective. super rude and weird. she fought out loud with her coworker multiple times (older man in tracksuit) which was uncomfortable. would have loved to buy some pretty vintage pieces but she literally ruined my experience and made me not want to support the business

Ridiculously over priced used clothing. You can get a better deal when Urban Outfitters has a 50% off sale online. No thank you.

the white lady and her security guard will profile you, follow you around the store andbe extremely rude. i asked the owner for help on a pair of jeans and she walked away from me saying look around. don’t give these people your money, go to sneaky tiki or somewhere else where they don’t profile you.

Not only do I share the sentiment of other reviewers about the woman that works there/owns the place (every time she is just....awful), but the racks are so stuffed it is hard to even shop there. It is so overwhelming and stuffed to the brim in there. The only thing worth going to this place for is the pile sale.

Cool store but there are a lot of over priced items. The owner (I’m assuming) was watching me like a hawk and almost made me feel like I was doing something wrong. She then makes passive comments to some guy she was talking to about having to watch people because a lot of people steal from her store. She makes comments about not trusting people in Long Beach??? She then makes another comment complaining about people going in the store and not buying anything and just taking pictures! Hello! The main demographic of the people who shop here are college students/young adults of course want to go to check out the store and may not be able to afford these over priced items?? I bought a cute but over priced top and honestly regretted supporting someone like her.

I’ve been in here four times because I live in the area and each time the older lady that runs the place has been insufferable. The moment you grab a piece of clothing she asks you to check in or that she will keep your items at the front. And not in a helpful way, in a frantic and pushy way. I understand there may be thieves, I have worked retail. But she seems to assume you’re guilty until proven innocent. She has made several passive aggressive remarks and rolled her eyes when I asked my friend if he was ready to leave when she asked if we were ready to check out. Additionally, my friend and I are both Latino and I didn’t see her treat her other customers with this sentiment… just saying. Get your attitude checked lady because you’re being a weirdo.

Great vintage spot. Found a lot of unique items and looking forward to returning. Parking is a hassle, but once you get into the store, head to the back outside portion and have fun!

The lady w black hair who was working at the store asked if I wanted to go to the dressing room, I said no thank you I'm not going to try anything, she said okay & ROLLED her eyes. So that was so rude, she kept watching me as I was in the store. I picked a sweater that was from the racks outside and since she ruined my mood I went back outside to put it back and just as I expected she came to watch me put it back lmao. I guess to make sure I wasn't stealing but that was so rude & unnecessary. I don't know if it's because I'm Hispanic, I've seen a lot of reviews where she's nice to white people. But I don't recommend this store, it's also very overpriced and idc if it's "vintage".

I visited this place last weekend on Saturday 10/29 hoping to find some costume pieces for a student film that I'm working on. I went with 4 other friends, getting their opinions on the pieces I was considering. The young people at the counter were super nice and helpful, but an older, black-haired woman was extremely nosey and pushy the entire time. At first I thought she was just checking in to be helpful, but as she kept staring and following us around the store, at one point even directly blocking the exit, I realized she was surveilling us for absolutely no reason. I left without purchasing the MANY pieces I was planning on buying because this lady made me feel so uncomfortable. Even as I was leaving and said to her "Have a nice day" she didn't even make eye contact with me, and instead eyed my hands, clearly to make sure I wasn't stealing anything. Extremely rude and poor mannered. It's a cute store with some nice pieces, but whoever that lady was needs to put herself in check.
