LB Auto Sound has been around for many years I appreciate a good service from owner I can easily recommend anyone to come see them have their own experience and opinion and I hope it’s a good one. I’ve always visit them even when I don’t need anything because we became buddies. I like when I can consider someone that provides me service also a friend based on, good on them I want to thank the owner for not giving up and providing service to the city of Long Beach buddies and let’s support them this business and other businesses in the area to stay open as long as they have good service because that’s the reason I appreciate these guys, and some other businesses in the area where I can feel comfortable, and I can trust them with my vehicle and other services thank you for reading these review. Great service fast turn around and great quality in parts used! I took my 2022 Honda Accord got 2 12s 2 amps epicenter and all my inside speakers replaced and I can't say how well my system knocks! And I just recently took my MAMALONA 02 Silverado 1500 and got AUTO START TINT 2 12S 2 AMPS NEW DOOR LOCK MOTORS NEW BATTERY FOR MY BEAT and I am far from Happy with the Outcome of the Service they offered me! Thank you JAIME ABEL AND CESAR yall did a great job I am for sure gonna recommend everyone your way!!!!!! CHECK THEM OUT! 10 star Service.....FYI they Also finnance I seen a flyer posted up cause I for sure am balling on a budget....

Stop... Turnaround... And run!!!! This company completely destroyed my Slingshot by cutting and shaving my panels then attempted to use glue and two sided tape to hold it together not to mention the holes that they drilled in the panel were insane. They did all of this without my permission, they failed to notify me of any issue. I would have never agreed to this. I did not notice the holes or the damage to the panel until the LED lights that they installed started to over heat. As a result of that I had to remove all of the LED's and noticed all of the damage done to my Slingshot. The Tech Cesar refused to acknowledge the damage he done, he also refused to provide the proper name of the company as it should be listed with the City or S.O.S. He did not want me to speak with the owner directly so he relayed the information via text wouldn't provide his name which we later found out that it was Jamie Arais. I gave them ample opportunity to resolve this issue professionally and they refused so. I filed a complaint with the BBB and in the process of filing a 1 to10 lawsuit against the company and it's owners as well as the property owner for failure to verify that LB sounds is a legitimate company thru the city and or state and holds the necessary and required insurance. I would not recommend this shop to anyone!!!!!!!!
