Extremely awful worker at cutting table.we waited over 30 minutes,to experience a rude, attitude filled and annoyed worker.She had a negative tone when I asked a question,very bossy when I asked for an item that was looked up. Small store is I usually have no issues but I today was awful. I will not be returning.

The worse Joann's I have ever been in. It was a mess. I purchased fabric online. When I went to pick it up and I asked if I could see it, the guy behind the counter said, you can do whatever you want with it because it's yours. RUDE and with an ATTITUDE!! I also asked if he could help me, he said no but you can go to the cutting table and check the fabric yourself.

The only saving grace of the store was the young man at the register. He was very polite, helpful and a pleasure to interact with. This used to be my goto craft store. Went in the other day and was so disappointed with the service of the fabric cutter. They were on break. I have no issues with that and was waiting till they were back on the floor which was about 20 minutes. Again, no biggie. They came back and were so rude and very unprofessional. Felt like I shouldn't even be in the store and like I was bothering her to do her job. She really was just horrible and probably shouldn't be in a customer service type of job. The store was very dirty with a huge pile of dirt swept in the corner near the register. I don't know if there is a management problem or it was just a bad day for one of the employees, or if they are understaffed, but the Joann GM, needs to address some of these issues. Also, is there a rule about only one person being able to cut fabric?

I haven’t been to this Joann location in 2 years, and the store has undergone a serious change. They were clearly understaffed, and the employees were apathetic at best or straight up rude. There are a ton of empty shelves with very little fabric selection. On top of this, I just needed a quarter yard of fabric cut, and I asked an employee about it (he had dark hair, glasses, a beard, and was a heavier set man), and he straight up YELLED at me.This is absolutely insane. I know everyone is probably overworked since there were clearly not enough people working, and they should not be taking it out on the customers. Never going back to this location again.

The name of the store has fabric in it yet there is only 1 person that can cut fabric. She went on break so no one could buy fabric. Sign says back in 15 minutes. Waited then was told they're making schedules right now so it will be longer. Seriously? Then store employee gets snippy with customers for wanting to make a purchase from a retail store. I was 2 people behind AC (see review). This store needs a manager that knows what they're doing.

The WORST customer service experience I have ever encountered. The employees were incredibly rude which made me feel so uncomfortable. Do yourself a favor and don't bother wasting your time here.

Smaller than some of the other locations but more often than not they have the color yarn my wife needs. Parking lot can be busy.

This fabric store carries several other items. in addition to fabric and craft supplies. I came across an extremely disturbing book while searching for craft supplies. This book (The Magick of Witchcraft) determined it was my first and last time in this store.

I go here all the time because it is the closest fabric store and it is pretty well stocked. The staff has always been friendly and helpful, as well. However, I'm writing this review because the store is FILTHY. The metal pattern drawers are painted beige, but the fronts are dark gray from all the build up of dirt and grime from hands opening and closing them, and from just being ignored by the staff. You cringe to touch them with the new awareness of the need for cleanliness since the pandemic. I wish I took a photo. I'm not exaggerating in any way. The floors are filthy too. The store has a dark, basement feel to it already and the dirtiness doesn't help.

The store is very understaffed. They are not able to put alway all deliveries due to this. So if you order something sometimes it's still in the back and will be canceled. If you shop in store be kind to the. Employees as they deal with an endless stream of stupid on a daily basis. This is caused by both customers and the higher ups that are not in store. It's free to be kind there is no reason to be super rude or bring them more work by plopping down 10 bolts you changed your mind on.

First time back to this store since COVID. What a disappointment!! Three employees who did an excellent job of ignoring the customers which I only believe was myself and friend who was with me and one other person. As I was needing assistance was told by one person she couldn't help ask her to ask the others was told one was too busy doing something important we could see him across the way and completely ignored by the other . Thank you to the other customer who was a complete angel and helped us . I always looked forward to shopping here and doing projects and always had fabulous customer service in the past . I hope these three employees find a job that brings them joy and can inspire them and others because it's not happening here.
