worst customer service ever. 3 grown men acting like zombies, one was being rude acting like he didn’t know anything towards my brother ordering. other one couldn’t speak up and had attitude making my sandwich, and the last one was making rude comments about what we were ordering. by far the worst Jersey mikes ever do not recommend!!

I want to share a detailed account of my recent disappointing experience at Jersey Mike’s in Long Beach. My orders, which included 2 #7’s, were consistently incorrect, with bacon included despite my clear preference against it. Despite my attempts to contact the store over two days regarding this issue, there was no response, making it challenging to resolve the problem.Upon visiting the store in person, I encountered the manager, who displayed a surprising lack of empathy. Despite explaining the ongoing issues with my order and the store’s unresponsiveness, he was unwilling to replace it without a receipt, even though the mistake was on their end. This policy seemed inflexible and customer-unfriendly.Adding to the discomfort was the atmosphere created by the staff. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, they appeared to find the situation amusing, which only escalated my frustration. When I requested the manager’s name to document the encounter, he refused to provide it. This lack of transparency raises concerns about accountability within the establishment.Specifically, my orders consisted of 2 #7’s, and despite clear instructions, bacon was included. As a non-bacon eater, this oversight significantly impacted my dining experience. It’s crucial for the staff to pay attention to customers’ preferences to ensure accurate and satisfactory service.This experience has unfortunately tarnished my perception of Jersey Mike’s, a place I once enjoyed. Yes, I Love the sandwiches, I had a no.13 I Love the Italian meats and the ham , then you can add what you like and what you don't like and the spicy peppers sauce red and yellow give the sandwich a kick?, and they have chips and soda ?

Never again. We jus had the worst customer service from this store. When I asked why the gentleman in line behind got his sandwich before my husband, I was told it's because "it didn't have lettuce and tomato on it". He then pointed and said my husbands was right there; meaning on the grill. I told him I saw that and spat, "good". The girl doing my husbands sandwich didn't even ask if wanted everything on, which he did not. Mind you, she asked the guy in line next to us. You just made Subway look really good.

Super rude guy that was the reason for my 2-star review is gone. The food at this location was on point, so there was never an issue there. I'm sure it's all good vibes now that he's gone. Great sandwiches

You guys need to train your employees better there shitty at making sandwiches. The guy rolled the sandwich so tight all the lettuce came out and it was very squished. WTF and very messy.

Excellent staff. Clean restaurant. Amazing sandwich. It actually seems to make a difference that they fresh slice the meat and cheese. No time to dry out. Don't forget to download the app!

Worker not cordial. Bread was sliced thin on one half. The other half very thick. Ingredients fell out, tore out from thin side with every bite. $10 a sandwich ? should not have a problem. Worker was having issues with the card reader. I won't go again.
