I was visiting on vacation and needed a pair of shoes. Found some Adidas that were comfortable. The owner assured me if I had any issues that he would help. He seemed very nice. I paid cash. 5 months later they are falling apart. Adidas won't warranty without a receipt, and the owner says he can't get me a receipt past 60 days- despite me knowing the exact day and time I was there. Kinda frustrating that I can't get help now that I actually need it. Who keeps a receipt for their shoes?
I gave 4 stars because when I called he at least offered to try to see what he could do if I came back in to the store. Too bad I live in another state. His customer service is certainly better than Adidas! Lesson learned. Take a picture of every receipt!

Sam's the best. He has the deals n the gear. He knows his fashions. He tries his best to make sure you leave satisfied. I've bought at least 7 pairs of new balance sneakers from him. It's rare that we know exactly who we're spending our money with, Sam's a real dude, super cool.

I've been going there for a while and first off the owner is always so cool and has got to be one of the best sales guys anywhere he just helps you out and we'll show you everything in the store in order to get you to find the right thing that you want they have everything there hoodies shoes fans New Balance Converse Etc Dickies jackets shorts basically anything you have in your closet but new and updated the other stuff there is way cool too it's kind of a hidden Jewel right there on Pine and fourth take a look for yourself
