I ordered P100 filters from this company thru Amazon, needed to cancel my order (not their fault) but they had already packed it up for shipping, called them directly and they caught it before my package before it went out; now I won't have to hassle with sending it back. Both ladies I spoke to were nice, Mollie was very helpful. Thanks.

I ordered a set of Ideal coax strippers at the beginning of Feb. After ordering, I found out they didn't even have them in stock and wouldn't ship until a month later. After they were available, beginning of April, I spoke with Molly giving her my new card #, she said they're ship the next day.
