“My father's phone was stolen. As such, he lost access to his text messages and email. We went in to activate an old iPhone. Nico provided EXCELLENT customer service. He was able to program and install a physical SIM card to activate the iPhone. This allowed me access to restore his email and reset his passwords. “I stopped by this Verizon location today because I got an updated phone mailed to me and I needed to turn in the old one. I was very scared because I needed to transfer my data over to my new phone and I didn’t want to erase anything- namely photos of family that have passed away. I’m not sure of his name but there was a male there, looked to be late 20’s early 30’s, light brown hair, Caucasian, who wrote this down for me because I was scared to do the transfer.
