Well besides charging me $180 to rotate tires and change the stems, come to find out in one of the tire's air was leaking out from the stem.

Amazing staff ! Literally hands down Industrial Tire is the best. Great personnel. Not only are they extremely knowledgeable but they are always willing to go the extra mile to make sure your experience with them is a great one. I have never had a bad experience with them and I work with multitudes of shops and this one is by far my favorite.
