Very nice inside but the pricing is a little over priced.

First time visiting this spot, it’s in a very nice area, where I normally shop, the interior is very supreme and it look absolutely lovely inside , however I went there for an eye brow wax , and I would say it was horrible, the aftermath at least, the process was smooth and nice, but it did not serve its purpose well. Maybe it was just the person that did them I would say but I won’t go here again for that specific service. After the service I didn’t get asked “how was everything” or “do you like your eyebrows” because I would have gave honest feedback, I gave enough during the process of me getting them done, but I don’t think the assignment was understood, and I also think they were all just ready to go home because it’s Christmas Eve for everyone. Furthermore 4/10. SN: the background of my photo is in a different salon because took before pictures at the salon I was getting them corrected at, you will see pictures of the aftermath from the new salon tho !

I’ve gone a couple times and I’ve always enjoyed getting a pedicure. This was the first time I had gotten a manicure. They had me sit in a pedicure chair and they attempted to do my hands. Not a fan. Please just have a normal nail bar. I decided to go with a basic manicure which is $35. Nothing exciting. Hand massage was interrupted & then not finished. Just an awkward experience. I should have asked about the cost of gel, but I didn’t. Found out when I went to pay it was an extra $20. So $55 for the most mediocre manicure I’ve ever received. And that’s before tip. A bottle of gel is like $20 bucks. How many customers do they get out of 1 bottle?? But dang, for this person to do less than 25 minutes on my nails and be charged that much literally made me sick after. It’s only been a week and it’s already chipping. I definitely won’t be coming back.

I’m very happy to say that they do a great job, and don’t rush to get you out because they get busy.. I love getting champagne and the back massage as well. It’s a very pleasant experience and they have great customer service.

First off let me start by saying this is the worst experience at a nail salon that I have ever had. I went in and asked the male at the front desk could his staff do a pedicure and dip powder with chrome tips with a picture. He said yes and I proceeded to wait. I finally get in the chair and that was my high mistake. Hannah told me how she was going to do my nails, she wanted to do a fill in, keep in mind I have natural nails. I told her I wanted a clear base. She then took a milky white gel polish and tried to cover the imperfections, I politely told her, this is not the picture or description I asked for. She got upset and started yelling in their language about the situation. She then got mad cut all of my cuticles until they were bleeding and wrapped my nails before storming off. Then the man that did my toes cut my cuticles as well. Bottom line they are extremely overpriced, rude, and don’t know how to use a drill properly. They are not into the latest nail trends. My advice is to please spend your money elsewhere. The cost of my visit was $157 for bleeding sore cuticles.

The service was good but my gel nails started chipping after 2 days. For $55 I expect better.

Tea is extremely rude. She was doing my acrylics and I kindly pointed out that she glued one of my nails crooked and started showing her and she was denying and got offended and gave me attitude instead of trying to fix it for me. I was shocked with her response and I felt so much anxiety and did not want to hear her basically tell me I’m wrong. So I just stood quiet and stopped telling her anything. Now i have 3 crooked nails. Why even be a nailtech if you can’t even take constructive criticism? I really liked this place but this incident made me never wanna go back and I will never come back.

Spent $152.00 on a pedicure with shellac, manicure with no polish, and small wax. Expensive and not worth it at all. Very frustrating for the price. As far as the “pedicure”, my feet were not even scrubbed or buffed, defeating the purpose of why I went. The manicure they charged me the same even without any polish. The wax they missed so many areas that it looks worse since there is random patches of hair left. They later added on a bunch of "extra" charges when I went to pay that I didn't even know I was getting nor did I agree to. My friend went with me and had the same experience. Her toe shellac is also bubbling and going to chip off and it has only been one day. Rip off and not even relaxing. Save your money, go elsewhere for a better experience and spend significantly less!

Even though the space is very nice, the price is too high considering their gel nails lasted less than two weeks. It's also a bit awkward that the male employee (seemingly a manager) was hovering over the female workers the whole time. It's a bit intimidating and uncomfortable to watch the dynamic.

I feel like it was somewhat overpriced for the services I received. I paid 170 plus tip. My nails aren't what I would call perfect. The shape is a bit off on my fingers, there is a notch cut out of one of my toenails which I thought was a little weird, and there are some minor imperfections in the polish. But the main issue for me is that they left a decent gap between my cuticles and the polish. Also, I would like to point out that most places will include polish with the price of a mani Pedi, with like maybe a $5-10 bump in price for gel, which is actually and easier service to do imo. It was and extra $20 EACH for gel polish on my fingers and toes. Absolutely rediculous. I will say the everyone seems really nice overall and they were fairly accommodating. The salon is goregous I just wish I felt like the pricing was more on point with the services provided.Services: Manicure
