I’m very pleased with the support I got in fixing my chair. I got a quick response on all of my questions. I was able to get an accurate diagnosis on my issue and the correct part was shipped out. Received the part the next day and was able to fix my chair. Thanks again for all the help.

This company is outstanding. I purchased a a chair a few years ago and it is the only place I can sit without hurting my back. I ended up having a small issue and within days the company sent me a replacement piece. I only have good things to say about my purchase and the customer service.

I noticed that the Bluetooth feature and programmed sounds does not work. I contacted the office and provided my chair's serial number. They mailed out a part and a tech scheduled the repair visit once the part arrived.Needless to say, the repair had been completed and everything is functioning as it should.The warranty worked! Thank you!

Purchased a 8.0 massage chair and it was ok at best. Within 3 weeks all the remote lights came on and it froze during a massage never to work again. Customer service is a nightmare. They sent me parts which took a week and a half and now they are having trouble finding a tech to fix the chair. So they will get back to me in a couple of weeks. Just wasted several thousand dollars and warning you not to make my mistake.

My wife and I loved the Super Novo 2.0 chair so much that we bought one for our medical practice! So far everyone loves it. Human Touch has proven to us that it’s a very reliable company, and one day would love to get another chair!

This review is about product support, not customer support. My chair is 10 years old. It was expensive, so one would expect it to hold up. For those product parts or designs that didn't hold up, I would expect a solution if it breaks. In this case, the lumbar inflation control broke. The controller has two buttons and simply inflates or deflates. The controller is a poor design and cheaply made. In my view, designed to fail with only one solution. After 10 years, that solution doesn't exist, so the entire lumbar feature is rendered useless and the product team's response: "sorry, you're on your own". NOT a great design and not a good answer, unless your goal is to exacerbate your customer. Well done in that case!

Human Touch has been very fair with me. The rollers wore through the fabric on my chair. My chair was still under warranty but the model was no longer available. They are sending me a new upgraded chair as a replacement.

These chairs are a fairly substantial investment. But I am, now 3 months later, happy I invested.At the most extreme of both leg and back adjustment, I end up lying nearly flat with my legs/feet nearly perpendicular to the floor. It probably looks ridiculous but feels so good for swollen legs and feet. Less extreme positions are also great for reading, TV watching, etc. Being able to not just raise feet/legs but to comfortable get them above heart level was one of my criteria but the chair needed to be comfortable in more conventional positions as well. My PC600 fits the requirements nicely.Customer service response, when I asked questions about chair size relative to my stature, was quick and spot on.

Great chair! I Use at least 3-4 times a week and I sleep so well after the massage. Love this fantastic Christmas gift and love this chair. Seriously, it has many options and each one really gets at the knots out and makes me feel relaxed.

Connie Chow was extremely cordial and helpful to and for me. My Human Touch PC0864 was purchased in early 2014 and at this time, there is no "padding" remaining in the back or seat cushions. Connie explained that after 10 years of use, the padding would be flattened out (or words to that affect) and understood why I was inquiring about replacements. Given the age of the chair (ALL other features are working great - heat & massage), I wasn't very hopeful anything could be done. But Connie checked and told me replacements were available and we were able to conclude our business and I now have replacement cushions! I am very pleased with the new replacements. Connie also sent instructions on how to change out the cushions and it was a bit challenging, but went well. Patience is the key. The only negative was that the cushions were shipped to the wrong address. I was able to track and retrieve them because of the tracking information that Human Touch sent me when the cushions shipped. Thank you VERY much!!Kindest regards, Greg Durski Fort Worth, TX

I purchased a Human Touch manual recliner years ago and after daily usage, the frame was still solid but the the pad needed to be updated. I contacted customer service to see if a replacement pad was even an option since I really did not want to buy an entire new chair. The service was excellent. I was kept informed every step of the way and my new replacement pad is on the way.

They replied promptly to my concerns a gave clear instructions about supplying them w the info they needed to help me. I love their massage chair - I've had it since the early 2000’s. It only need a minor adjustment to the base after all this time of steady use.
