The tax expert, Dawn has great knowledge of taxes! She guided me on the documentation I presented and we were able to file electronically within the same day! She also did the paperwork for my elderly parents to which they only need to sign and mail! Fantastic support and professionalism!

Don't use the app! Until this year, I always had a good experience with them and I have used H &R Block for decades, but always through a computer. This year I used the app and the tax return got lost in cyber hell! My tax preparer was great though! She took the time to re-upload my tax return, time I am sure she wasn't compensated for, so I could sign it. When I contacted customer service, they sent me to TWO other people to speak with and not a single person could help me. The IT department couldn't even retrieve the tax return, hence the reason my preparer had to upload again. There is something really wonky with the app.
