Had a return filed for 2022. Filed with a 'tax pro" online. Then in office to correct it.... both filed incorrectly. I had to come back months later to have an amended return done. Then had to return in the beginning of 2024 to "expedite" or digitally file the federal portion of the amended return. Spring 2024 I still have not received my amended return. Arguably the most frustrating and useless effort in futility I've ever experienced when filing taxes. Do not.... repeat.... do not... come here to file your taxes. Do not use the "online tax pro". For the cost that I initially paid, I would have gladly paid 5 times as much to have it done and overwith. Inexcusable.

Quick and professional. They got me in on the last day to file a tax return because my normal guy failed to follow up with me. I went from being stressed put about getting my taxes done last minute to leaving happy and satisfied with the return I was getting. Will definitely be going back next year.
