If I could give 0 stars I would. We needed a new microwave and the store manager sold us one that was too large for the space and required additional installation costs in order to cut the space. It’s now installed and still needs a custom order piece which we must purchase to finish the job and we must have installed. If we had known in advance what our options and difficulties were, we would not have spent $2200 for a microwave. Horrible, expensive, and not completed yet. Never will go to Howard’s again. Photo shows unfinished space between microwave and stove that we must now buy a custom order piece of steeliness steel cover.

Our salesperson Dongsun Chu was fantastic. He did everything he could to get us our refrigerator and keeping us in the loop as to how soon we could get our appliance.
I definitely will purchase any appliances in the future with Howard's.

We came looking for a microwave that had been on order from another store for 3 months. Craig showed us the sample in the store. We ordered it and it was delivered the next day right when they said it would be delivered. Howards is the place to buy your appliances.

Bought a dishwasher and dryer and had a good experience with the in-store purchase part of the transaction. The installers are third-party and would not do the installation without including a new gas shut-off valve that was not part of the contract. Fine, but they charged $95 for the $5 part on top of the installation fee and refused to negotiate. Be careful.
