“We were exploring some new couches online with Bob's and my husband found some really good deals. Then he found one that was actually located in the store at Long Beach so we decided to go check it out.
I was a bit nervous after seeing some reviews, but when we walked in, we were greeted, but nobody was too pushy. We wandered around the showfloor & then we went into the outlet section, which is more like the discounted open box section, and we fell in love with basically the first couch that we saw. An employee named Ben helped us out a LOT and answered all our questions and was very friendly. Shout out to Ben!!! Altho many people on the floor were willing to help.
Altho Ben offered us the Bob's delivery, we chose to shop around for other options. Everything came without a hitch. Definitely would come back to order more furniture here. The prices cant be beat!
They even have snacks and clean bathrooms!”
“Great shop, glad I happened upon it, though that wasn’t a coincidence I’m sure. Rhapsody makes tons of oils and incense. Her and her staff are incredibly knowledgeable and can help you with all of your metaphysical needs. I knew the name of her shop from previous Google searches but hadn’t made it in as I was on the other side of Long Beach at the time. Ended up in the same center and recognized the name and checked it out. They can answer any questions you have and have oils, incense, crystals, tools, books and much more to fit your needs. Also hold classes to sign up for!”

“One of my favorite thrift stores in Long Beach. Prices are a little high for a thrift store but it’s a lot more curated than a Goodwill. Nice selection of men’s clothing, home decor, & knickknacks. Parking as well”

“Absolutely incredible business! I ordered a Jelly Cat plush from their website and overall I have to just say their attention to detail is insane! My item came packaged very beautifully with a lovely handwritten note and even a freebie! I was even called and notified of when my order would be shipped and they asked whether or not I wanted it to be gift wrapped which was for sure a nice touch because a lot of businesses don’t put that much love into what they do but this company definitely does! 11/10 I recommend this company!”

“This place is a gem of shop in Long Beach, and a must visit for anything from cool/vintage wear, to one-of-a-kind gifts for just about anybody. Candles, books, awesome clothes that are truly a find! Prices are super reasonable and they always have cool music playing in the store. Have also been there for events in the past with live music and food & drinks. Long Beach needs more places like this. When it comes to Bixby Knolls, this place is certainly the pearl of the quarter!”

“This location is honestly my favorite Ross. The service is always nice and the Security always greets you and is super welcoming. I also love the fact that there are always multiple security guards at this location so it definitely makes you feel safe. In terms of items they have it all. And if you don't know yet, Ross has the BEST prices. I literally found a Kate Spade purse here once for $50 it's incredible. Specifically this Ross is always stocked on items unlike other locations. This location is also always clean and organized. Which really adds to the experience.”
“Logan is the associate that helped me and truly was the most helpful person I have ever had to help me. I had called prior to my arrival and asked if there was someone that could help me rekey the locks I had. He put me on a brief hold and then told me to come in and they would be able to help. Once I arrived, a couple other associates said they didn't have anyone to help me and then suddenly Logan appeared. He said he had done it before and he would help me. He saved the day and made sure to keep his word. He truly gave it his all as the lock was giving him some issues and he didn't give up. He did both locks and was so kind. Often I go in and there is not many that can help me (they always say "it's not their department" and I go on a wild goose chase). Logan truly cares about customers and it shows. He continued to help others while working on my lock and made sure everyone felt seen and heard. Other associates were just walking by, yet Logan stood out as his leadership, his initiative and just pure joy of his job shined so bright! He deserves employee of the month or even year! I truly don't like going into hardware stores as I always feel lost and that no one cares. Not this day! Logan was beyond awesome! I told him he needs a new badge that said "Best Employee Ever!" I think you need to promote this man to a manager position and give him a raise! I never do these reviews often, as no one typically in my experience goes the extra mile... Logan has made me now pick Lowe's every time over Home Depot!! Everyone should be like Logan! Hire more Logan's.”

“Had a great experience at this planning studio. What a wonderful concept and saves a lot of hassle going into the big store, when all you want is to see the products, do measurements, and get help with designing out kitchens, baths, bedrooms and the like. There are some amount of small product items you can buy in the store, but the main purpose is to show you room configurations and all the options you have so you can design. The staff were very friendly & helpful with us.In our case I had already scoped out a bunch of ideas online, but sometimes their website makes it hard to know what all of your options are, such as the variety of doors you can put on cabinets or wardrobes. I had a list of things to check out, and some measurements, and going to the store was perfect! Got to see all the different options, check out different features, and ask knowledgeable staff for ideas. Ikea is such an affordable way to fit our spaces with decent quality cabinets & furniture and this store provides a nice boutique experience instead of big box.”
“I must say I am very pleased with the customer service in this store. I arrived to purchase a chest freezer and had a product description in hand of a freezer that was in stock, but not quite the size I needed.
The gentleman that helped me in the appliance section actually found me the perfect size chest freezer and the bonus was that it was actually much cheaper than the original freezer I had been looking at.
I am highly satisfied with my purchase as well as my experience within the store. I only wish I had caught the gentleman's name, so I could give him the credit he deserves.”
