I love the fact that if the sales people are busy you can press 1 and they transfer you to the head office where someone picks up and can price and check stock at your store. They always have a large inventory and have what I need instock. I've had to purchase 2 different oddly shaped water heaters that they had at the store. The large chain stores never have odd shapes.

Hirsch’s is a great place for plumbing supplies for the professional. I especially shout out to Eric. He’s knowledgeable, courteous and experienced. I appreciate how the staff treats me. It’s a little intimidating to go there and be the only woman. I always feel welcome and respected. Thank you.

These guys are great, as a owner of a plumbing company they are always going above and beyond to make sure we are satisfied and get our material on time. I switched supply houses about a year ago and haven't looked back since. Thanks for the great service Long Beach Hirsh supply.

Completely rude. Went to exchange a wrong size pan for my water heater that they originally gave to me. Would only give me a cruddy and ruined replacement. They are bullies. Dodgy and wouldn't trust them. Take your business elsewhere.

This is the most inconsiderate bully of a business. They think they own the alley which is public property and that they can use it as an extension of their yard. Many times I've had to swerve or brake fast because one of their oversized vehicles being driven by the idiots who work there has come barreling out directly in my path without so much as looking. Today they had a huge delivery truck blocking the ingress and egress whilst they off loaded pallets in the middle of the street. I waited patiently knowing they saw me then being ignored I honked. The driver told me "**** you I'm not moving." That's the kind of attitude Hirsch Plumbing shows it's neighbors and the general public. Never would I give them my business. You shouldn't either. You deserve better than this sort of treatment.

Let me just say Edward made it right. I was overcharged on some Kohler valves and I complained that that Hirsch was engaged in predatory pricing, but after I called the situation to management they made it right. Hopefully Hirsch is the choice of your next service repair because its a company steeped in tradition and I am hopeful dedicated to your plumbing repair and satisfaction. Thank you Edward.
