Shawn was very pleasant but couldn’t tell me ANYTHING about the cars on the lot. He talked to me for 45mins waiting for his manager to return from a haircut. Once the manager arrived he was absurdly rude. He did not want to talk to me. He didn’t greet me, didn’t answer any questions so I asked him if he minded letting me know the prices of some of the vehicles and his first and only words to me, with a slight shrug in his shoulder, were “why not?” No smile. Extremely curt and disinterested in servicing me. I asked about a few cars very different in miles, year, make and model and he quite practically said the same price for every car. Never changing his tone. He was so rude it’s almost comical. I will not be purchasing from them and recommend others look elsewhere as well. The car sales business is rooted in customer service. Just awful. Clearly caught him on a bad day.

Honestly f*** this dealer I regret getting my car here at this b******* a** place they sold me a salvage 2016 Honda that wasn't even reported to the dmv. The whole bottom of the car is all broken and missing pieces I've barely been having the car for two months and it's has been making noises the first two weeks that I got the car & the person from the dealership says he can't help me with anything expect get me cheaper parts and I have to pay for the repair this is complete b******* and if I would've known I would've been in this position now I would've never gotten my car here . One thing I learned now is always take someone to check out the car before signing because once these mfs get paid by the finance they don't give a s****

Worst experience of trying to buy a car. Shawn constantly telling people snoop dogg bodyguard bought a car there to boost up his scam thinking that will impress people into buying a car. I was preapproved and wasted 2 days going back n forth trying to get a car. He tried to sell me a car that wasnt even there on the lot yet coming back from auction which was 18 years old i went n look at it and as soon as i noticed it was leaking underneath he looked under n claimed they couldnt do business after i just mentioned him doing a test drive. No way the ford escape has 35,000 miles on it being that old with inside door panels falling off. Telling me the car i was looking at was 20thousand that car was 10 years old so yea it was 20,000 brand new but not reality to pay that much. The ford he wanted 5000 down when thats about what the ford is worth with a turned back odometer. Dont buy a car here. I will be reporting this business to better business bureau. Charging twice as much for cars that they buying from auctions without a mechanic to fix them before selling. Westlake finance is not happy rn with the way they do business with a qualified customer. Same company that approved me for a better brand new car at a respectful dealership. Hilltop lost a good client from being a shady dealership

Do not buy a car from here my car worked for two months and it broke down they did nothing to fix it I put over 3000 in a car I'm paying a note for and it's still not running. The car is totaled I only drove for a few months I begg if you not to buy a car from here

Poor customer serviceAsked how much a car was on OfferUp and they ignored the message. Why would you leave a potential customer on read? lolJust a sign from God to not shop with them. Avoid these guys...they don't even put the prices of their cars up to make you come in smh. Douche bags

Like so many I've already paid into my car of 1 month which I felt they should've fix cause it wasn't due to my error and I hadn't even made the first payment yet. I will be getting a lawyer soon and I think people should get together and do a class action lawsuit against this company. We work hard for our money and they are fraudulent

Car looks nice on the outside but it's actually a lemon. Already put money into the car for repairs and I haven't had it a month yet. Lesson learned
