I always receive top notch customer service when I come to this location. I saw a negative review about the girl with bright colored curly hair and thought it was so uncalled for, she's given me great, positive service on multiple occasions. And she's funny too. The entire staff team has always gone out of their way to find me what I need, thank you!

Bought tool need for repair ,, after done return no problem . Can't keep the tool cuz my sick father and his Mexican boyfriend neighbor of his junkie always damaged my tools , that reason I buy and return that the best place for it ,, got the job done

The customer service I received today was utterly inadequate and unprofessional. The female cashier with the orange brassy curly hair mix race needs to work on her communication with customers and having patience. I don't appreciate the way she talked to me when I asked questions regarding about an item with the discount price online. She has major hostility as if she hates herself. I can understand if you're having a bad day but I didn't come in with a bad attitude. I hope the store manager or upper management takes action with this particular rat.

The first Harbor Freight Tools in Long Beach. Right off the 405, on the Atlantic Exit. The parking lot is huge. Plenty of spaces.The same size as most Harbor Freight stores I've been in. Pretty great size. The prices on their items are awesome. Great value for your money. The employees here are friendly and knowledgeable.

The building used to be a Chinese buffet restaurant. I'm glad they repurposed it. Tools and other gadgets are reasonably priced and I don't have to go to the Lakewood store anymore because this is closer.

Fairly new store, about 1 year since opening. Tucked away next to the 405 and Atlantic Blvd. Good selection of various tools and supplies for a wide variety of applications. Fair prices compared to other big brand stores. Give it a shot next time you're in need of tools or supplies.
